MaxxAudio

Well Hello! I have a question.

My dell inspiron 5420 doesn´t have noise levels too high and when I checked the "Dell" Audio", I noticed there was an audio called Maxxaudio from waves. This option is disabled, but I can check how it works. When I click to see how it works, the audio power is very high and also the quality is better. However, I click to put in the chicken, he says "MaxxAudio supports stereo only and doesn´t support sampling rate of 192 Khz.»

How can I fix this and make this work Maxxaudio?

Thank you

Bruno

Hi Bruno.

I appreciate the time and effort you took to resolve the problem. Please make sure under Configuration of speakers stereo speakers are checked as displayed in the image below:

Also, let us know which speakers use and check with another pair of speakers if possible.

If you have additional questions, feel free to contact us.

Thanks and greetings

  • Equalizer sliders missing from MAXXAUDIO 3 Manager

    Hello

I have a DELL XPS 15-L502X and I recently updated my laptop via windows update. I guess MAXXAUDIO driver has been updated, but the only thing is that when I clicked on the tab "equalizer" on the left side, it was completely empty. There not there sliders so that I can adjust the MAXXBASS or whatever it is.

I tried to download the previous driver through the DELL website, but is not having the desired effect.

If someone could help me find the equalizer sliders, it would be really appreciated!

    Thanks in advance

    Hey man.

Not sure if you sorted this problem, but for those of you who haven't spent hours searching for a solution as I have my stuff works again. The problem seems to have happened because of my upgrade of Windows 10. I don't know if that's it but anyway.

I had downloaded an another HD audio driver from realtek website which then ended by giving me problems, probably because it wasn't Dell, so it has not been optimized or anything like that.

Then, I went to look for driver audio driver of Dell and download page (I also have a laptop computer XPS 15 L502X) and saw that a download of audio driver was already in my download list (probs when I cleaned up my hard drive and reinstalled everything).

The file name is "Audio_Realtek_W8_A06_Setup - RKKTF_ZPE.exe". I think the name of the driver is Realtek ALC269 HD Audio and the version A06. I think it's for Windows 8, but it works on my Windows 10.

I downloaded this file. Uninstalled the previous Realtek driver. Restarted my PC. Install this driver. Restarted my PC and boom, everything is back... For the time being.

It will be useful. Don't know if this has been resolved.

  • Dell 5737 MaxxAudio 4 reference works is not in Windows 10

I installed my windows to windows 10 and now the audio sounds very different. When I clicked on the Audio from Dell settings I can't access to the setting MaxxAudio 4. How to solve this problem?

Sorry I forgot to tell you that you need to download the Realtek card reader also. Then go into Device Manager and update drivers. I had to uninstall Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver 2 times, but now it works.  The first link is the Realtek card reader and the second Realtek High definition Audio driver. Stay in touch www.dell.com/.../DriversDetails

  • MaxxAudio went win10 64-bit precision M4800

Hi, I'm a bit frustrating because I install a clear victory 10 64-bit pro in my accuracy and now I don't have the audio maxx, the sign disappeared.

I installed a couple of driver from the dell driver support website and nothing happened. In fact I uninstall with administrator is the sound game, tag... I remove the driver realtek and intalled another... Always the same.. actually restart for a long time...

    Someone has this problems__

    Thanks in advance

Hi just had this problem and after searching and finding your post, I did some poking around and that's what I did that brought back the MAXX Pro audio settings in the Audio from DELL.

First download the Realtek audio driver of DELL support for your device.

Then go to C:\Program Files\Waves\MaxxAudio there should be three files run the WavesSysSvc64.exe program. A CM box should appear and disappear quickly. (I ran in fact all three when I was searching the MaxxAudioControl64.exe just brought a white white interface which I closed and the WavesSvc64.exe has apparently nothing.)

Then I ran the installation of the Realtek audio driver, uninstalled the driver and then reinstalled after rebooting prompted. In my view, to memory the system service has restarted again, then when DELL Audio has been opened in the notification area all MAXX if available missing Audio settings.

S0, you can try and let me know if this worked for you.

Does anyone know if Waves MaxxAudio 4 will be available in Windows 10?  I have it on my computer now running Windows 7 64 bit on a Dell computer.  The sound is great!  I would not like to lose.

    Hello

My Dell Inspirion 3521 accompanies Waves Maxxaudio. I had to perform a clean installation of Windows 8. Is it possible for me to get it back?

Too bad. I had to check out it manually and then just run the setup. Then, after two reboots. Alto.

  • Waves MaxxAudio disappeared when running Windows 7 Home Premium

    Hi DELL - Marjoram N & Kiran;

I saw your excellent support you gave to many users here in the Forum Support. I got on the phone several times with a lot of good technicians Dell... but no one can seem to figure out how to get my MIDDLE Waves MaxxAudio button to work. I have a great machine-one Inspiron 17R SE 7720 running Windows 7 with 8 GB of ram, hard, 1 TB and a 2 GB nVidia GeForce 650 M video card. Initially, the button in the MIDDLE Waves MaxxAudio worked but stopped!

The BIOS is always A01 (although the newest BIOS A11 we was told today by Dell NO BIOS UPDATE). I indicate I tried to update the BIOS, but like I said the technician Dell said I wouldn't be able to apply the update to this machine!

How can I get the MIDDLE WavesMaxx Audio button to work? When I select Dell Audio in the control panel of configuration-it does nothing!

    Please help me!

    Hello

I was on the phone half-a-dozen-time with Dell and came to no good conclusion. I bought a warranty hardware & software - but Dell will not restart the computer so they can re - install the appropriate driver to make it work. They sent me a few different drivers and they do not work. I recorded everything on a 'Click-Free' hard drive and reformat the drive with the USB that I did when I got the Dell. That still didn't work - and Dell has no comment.

So, I cut my losses and am eBaying the Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720. I spent too much time trying to get this piece of work of garbage.

I always enjoy my Dell Latitude D630 - even if it's a Core 2 Duo 2 GHz machine and it works on Windows XP.

I can't really say a lot of good things for the Dell technical support... If I knew how to speak Hindi (everyone is in India), I'd be able to get a quality service.

The best thing I can tell you is GET A MAC! My MacBook Pro and iMac is much more stable and the Apple technical support is the best!

    Kind regards!

  • Problem Windows 7 MaxxAudio on Satellite A300-1EG

    Hello

I install Win 7 x 64 on my Satellite A300-1EG (a Vista x 32) and when I install Realtek hd audio driver I found not the boost volume options (low bosst and terrible thrust).

If not turn on this options sounds not good quality but now Realtek Control Panel don't have this option.
    What can I do?

    Hello

It s don't know for me if Realtek changes something in the Win 7 version or if there is a big difference between the audio Manager Realtek HD for Vista and Win 7, but I think you should try to download and install page of the Realtek driver Realtek HD audio Manager?

  • Inspiron 15r SE 7520 MaxxAudio 4 problem

    Hello

My problem is that my Equalizer will take no effect after the last update of victory 10 birthday, I tried to reinstall the driver and app. All settings under speakers/headphones used effect on the sound.

Hello. Dell provides 2 audio drivers Conexant for Win10, for the Inspiron 15R SE 7520.  Try them both and see if we have the function you want to use.

    Version 1.0.52.0 - October 4, 2013

    and

    Version 8.54.40.50 - 3 February 2016

If you currently have the new driver, you must completely remove it before installing the old.

    1. open Device Manager (found in the Control Panel, or type devmgmt.msc in the search box).
    2. expand the section 'Sound, video & game controllers.
    3. right-click the Conexant High Definition audio driver.
    4. click on "Uninstall".
    5. put a check mark in the option to remove the software driver, click ok.
    6. restart the laptop. Because you deleted the Conexant driver files, Windows will install its native audio driver, named "High definition Audio Device".

Go back to Device Manager and make sure that "High definition Audio Device" is installed. When this is the case, you can install the old driver Conexant. However, depending on the version of Win10 you have, it can automatically up-to-date for the new driver.

  • MaxxAudio Pro disabled after upgrading my Inspiron 3000 for windows 10

I'm trying to figure out what to do.  Can I go back to any previous driver? How?  Is a new driver available that works?  I tried updating the driver and it did not help. I noticed that a few other people have had similar problems.  How can I get Dell to respond?

Hello. Early adopters of Win10 are a bunch of audio problems. I think that Dell is sitting out and waiting for Microsoft and makers of audio chips - vendors - to recover.

Microsoft for Win10 suggestions are to try these things:

    1. open start, enter Device Manager [in the search box type Device Manager] and select it in the list of results. Select your sound card under sound, video and game controllers, and right-click on it to open the context menu. Select the driver tab, and then select set to update driver.

    2. If Windows can't find a new driver, search for one on the device manufacturer's Web site and follow their instructions.

    3. If you can update via the Device Manager or find a new driver on the manufacturer's website, try to uninstall your sound driver opening device, right click (or tapping and operation) audio driver manager and selecting Uninstall. Restart your device and Windows will try to reinstall the driver. [When you perform this procedure, do NOT check the box that says "remove the driver for this device."]

    4. If does not work reinstall the driver, and then try to use the audio generic driver supplied with Windows. Here's how: in the device, right click on your audio driver manager > update driver software... > Browse my computer for driver software > let me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer, select the Audio high definition device, click Next and follow the remaining instructions to install it.

    5. still need help? Contact a technician for the response from Microsoft.

    ====================================================================

If you need help to find more pilot please answer back with the name of full model of your laptop. You said it's an Inspiron 3000 but this model would be almost 15 years now and wouldn't stand for WavesMaxx. You can see a list of all Inspiron here. Your complete model name must be in the list.

  • Qosmio X 775 "burst" and "cracking" noise came out of the speakers

    Hello

so my problems began a few days ago, when some "burst" and "cracking" are out of the speakers.
It is not all the time, but as between 3-4 seconds I can hear it. I also connected to the laptop to a speaker system, and the problem remains, which means that it is not the speakers but the signal.

I tried to reinstall the drivers, but it seems it isn't fixed yet.
The Waves MaxxAudio 3 also disappeared when I reinstalled the drivers and now can't get it back?

Someone at - it an idea of what could be causing this and how do I install again the Waves Maxxaudio?

    I thank.

    Hello

Not quite sure what could cause this noise problem, but it is possible that this crackling appears due some latency issues more often than it appears because the CPU is stressed by processes that run in the background.

I recommend you to check this using a tool called DPC latency checking.
Check if anything else is originally from weak increases DPC

For most issues could be caused by drivers like Lan or Wlan updates could help solve this problem

  • Problems with Maxx Audio after Windows 10 'upgrade '.

It seems I'm not the only one with this problem. I use a laptop computer Inspiron 17R 5737 provided with Windows 8.1. After upgrading to Windows 10, I noticed two things: 1. audio Dell, my Waves Maxx Audio 4 works, but miss me all my presets in the QE and I'm actually not able to set ALL the parameters at all. I called Dell 3 times now, for a total of 6 hours on the phone, where they had me not uninstall, then download and reinstall the Realtek audio driver. After you have downloaded and installed 2 times, the EQUALIZER presets are back, but I still cannot do anything else in the program. I noticed, after the first time, update the driver causing the error with Maxx Audio. So the second time I reinstalled it, I do NOT update the driver, but I am still unable to make any changes to the program. It's very frustrating because I record music and mix the final product with my laptop.

The 2nd question I have to be carried out in another forum, as it has to do with my laptop to wake up do not sleep mode.

The audio issue any help would be highly appreciated.

I solved this problem first by downloading the latest audio drivers from Dell Realtek. For my XPS15/M3800 is Realtek ALC3661 Audio Codec version 6.0.1.7525, A00. It is a download of 325MB. After installing it and going through 1 or 2 reboots, my Dell Audio Sound Manager has been restored, but all presets MaxxAudio were missing. To resolve this problem, I opened the Manager of devices--> sound, video and game controllers, the user clicks Realtek High Definition Audio and selected update driver software. I chose automatically search for updates. Windows has found a version update 6.0.1.7628, installed, rebooted and then my presets have been restored.

  • XPS8700 - I'm lost on audio for this system

This system is exactly a year now and I've never connected all speakers - partly because I do not understand what types will be or could work with him.

The original print system configuration indicates that my sound card is "Integrated 7.1 with WAVE MAXXAudio 4."  In Device Manager, I see "Realtek High Definition Audio".  Nowhere I do not see a name/number etc, real sound card model.  -I don't even know what I've got here from an audio standpoint.

What I currently have for speakers - left by a previous system - is just a couple of desktop Labtec speakers and sub Harmon/Kardon.  I would like to know if it is possible to use with this system and, whatever it is, I'd love suggestions on something better that would take advantage of the capabilities of this system.

    Thanks for any help!

The manual is available online. Integrated means no separated from her but all card is on the motherboard. Check the back of the tower for audio ports, number 10 in the picture below. Manuals from here. See the Installation Guide for more photos.
