For example, I replace to change the color of the border and notice a black there's below him so I deleted the extra and there is another and another and another... EEK. I can easily hide them, BUT I fear they will lead to complications in the case of pre-press printing. What is the cause? What can I do to prevent it? How can I get rid of the stack-up?

  It's always haapening, if you substitute any element on the page and later master you reapply the same or another master. I would NEVER say to replace any itme master page in the page. Instead create another master based on the first, make the substitutions and apply this master. Substitutions on the pages should be avoided in all cases, not only for the problem you described above, other issues of accessibility will also come into play.

  I have three updated servers in place currently in my lab. One is 3.3.4 Call Manager called EV. I have two other servers, the two 4.0.3/EX2000 unity. One is called AA and the other is called EVVOIP which is connected to the EV Call Manager. Two unity servers are in the same domain/AD Forest, but different Exchange servers. I configured the search options, options for addressing etc.. I have also configured a dial in EVVOIP area, and there have been replicated to AA, so I could select it. I did the reg also hack. When I use a telephone connected to the CM and go in the EVVOIP unit, I hit the ' * ' key to access the main menu. I select '4' to join the fate of directory name. I can get the names of the local server on EVVOIP, but when I try to retrieve the names of AA, it returns nothing.

  Here is the stupid question. Do I need to have an another call manager to the top and connected also to the AA unity server running? I'm not trying to transfer a call, just try to search for names. I can't join the names from the store of the AA unit.

  Yes, it is certainly a factor.

  The choice of name list manager will never offer a username to a caller outside that does not have a name of the recorded voice. For subscribers addressing messages, these users are, of course, available, but they are checked with their extension number (no doubt if an external caller knew their extension number they would have composed it).

  If you need to record the names of a few votes for users before they will appear in the list manager of choice of name for external callers.

  I'm a bit confused with the "software support" that came with my new laptop. It is not clear what programs are for.

  To be honest, I don't use any of them and both are removed from my system. In general when you get the new notebook you will have perfectly configured OS and everything will work stable for some updates so important steps will not necessary at all. Both applications running in the background and just slow down the system.

  If you have time check the other assignments on these applications. You will find many of them here on this forum.

  I have not found a way to move the object, but I think that I've heard, I can't find what I have read.  What should you do? A service profile?  If so, what you can do is to create a clone and it will ask you where you want to move it.

  

  

  For policy and other things, the copy does nothing. It seems that this 'copy' is there by default.  You can actually go to a memory DIMM in the server inventory, right-click and delete... nothing will happen.

  The only MP3 player I've ever had is my phone, which works well, but has a very heavy interface for the election of songs and playlists.  I can copy the microSD card in the phone directly.  In fact, it's the only way I know to get songs on my phone without having to pay to download.

  Anyway, I can do it on the "rocket", or what I need to connect to a computer?

  We are running ESXi 4.1 with local storage that we did experiments with VMware. Close have 2 new purchased hosts with a SAN for the shared storage, hopefully, they will arrive at the end of January. I need to build a couple of virtual machines to take care of a few issues until our new VM environment is set up. If I create a new virtual machine on my host with local storage and that you want to move to new hosts and the shared storage the arrival of our new purchase, I guess I can do it with vMotion? Other methods too? Also, is there anything I need to worry as move us VMS local shared storage storage and a new host of ramifications?

  You will need Enterprise or Enterprise Plus access to Storage vMotion. vMotion moves a virtual machine from one host to the host running but no storage.

  You have vcenter? If you cannot migrate from cold or storage vmotioin - otherwise just copy the directory of the virtual machine from one host to the other housing the host using something like WinSCP - and re-register on the new host. Alternatively, you can use VMware Converter to migrate the environment vSphere-

  I'm new to Vmware. I have a free esxi host and just built 2 new server with essentials vsphere4 paid hosts. I want to move my the free esxi THIN provisioned vm to the paid servers and maintain the THIN disks. I can move it with fastscp but the discs end up thick!. I also have Vcenter server.

  If you have the essential bundle, you have the right to use up to 3 esx/esxi hosts. If you have built 2 new authorized hosts, you can use the last license for the free esxi and join the cluster and then ex-free esxi through vcenter use the migration feature.

  I've just updated my ESXi host, and when I check the version it says 'ESX Server 3i, 3.5.0 130755,' is this the same build 3 update or do I need for an update install via a CD?

  You have the latest version - 3 update was built 123629.  Once you have installed ESXi, you will use just the client Update VI (or the command line) to update the host and you will not use the Update CD.  You can see a list of patches for ESXi here - http://support.vmware.com/selfsupport/download/ and you will notice that your version is newer than the update 3 with is 2nd on the list.
