Media Encoder export h.264 guard errors

I use the YouTube 1080 p 30 fps preset and twice now, I've had a failure of project even export. The error log States:

"Files importer has detected an inconsistency in the file structure of Accident Reenactment.mp4.  Reading and writing of this file (XMP) metadata has been disabled.

The result is a small file of 24 bytes, so the video is not yet created. I exported the same project on DVD and ProRes without problem, so I have no idea what is the problem.

Here's the entire section of this export:

Any help would be great. Please let me know if you need any info of the addition.

In fact, it turned out that I didn't have enough free space on the disk to I was out. I know that made it a user error, but I want the error report, somehow. I know have other software that I have used.

Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue, is the message I see displayed when I go to open Media Encoder. No errors, nothing to verify code. This seems to be a wide response. My CC is updated and are therefore all my programs. I really enjoy using this program, so I look forward to solve! Please help me. I'm on Windows 10. I'm not sure if I used the app since my upgrade to Windows 10.

    Capture.PNG

I had this problem too, uninstalled and reinstalled nothing is done and has been subject to clean my entire setup as suggested. However, I read somewhere that the removal of the:

    C:\Users\ USER nameMedia \Documents\Adobe\Adobe encode

Directory would be useful, and it worked for me - replace USERNAME with your directory name of the account (username).

I have saved everything beforehand and reloaded just the presets (by copying the directory C:\Users\USERNAMEDocuments\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\10.0\Presets from the backup in the directory\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\10.0 C:\Users\USERNAME, overwrite the PresetTree.XML file) and all is well.

SOUL was flaky on three machines, through many versions. When it works it's great, but my experience gave me a general lack of confidence in the app less recently, so I was a bit of relaxation, but the latter takes me right back to where I was. What a shame.

  • SOUL CC 2014: "Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue."

Adobe Media Encoder CC 2014 on 'mid-2012' MacPro (MacPro5, 1) run OSX 10.9.3 and get this error when you try to launch Adobe Media Encoder CC 2014:

    Adobe Media Encoder error

Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue.

I uninstalled, reinstalled.  Authorities repeatedly checked and fixed.  Tried to delete all the plugins and who does not.  Also tried to modify text lists in the .app to OpenGL and CUDA remove all listed cards - who didn't quite fix either.

At this stage it is uninstalled, and "if all goes well" everything will point to CC (version non-2014).  Adobe Media Encoder CC works very well.  Adobe Media Encoder CS6 works very well.

Impossible to find all the other reports of this problem.

  • Adobe Media Encoder Export Settings window size problem

Any help on this would be appreciated: I use a MacBook pro, osx 10.6, CS4 Web Premium. I used to have a connected external monitor, which had a much higher resolution, so when you use Adobe Media Encoder I have to click the button settings on a video to get the export settings window, then stretched from the window of export settings for the size of my external screen. Now, I use my laptop computer, and export settings window does not resize top buttons left to adjust it to the size of my laptop and the low third export settings window get cut so I do not see the ok/Cancel buttons etc.

I tried re-installing media encoder (via reinstalled flash using CDs) to try to 'reset' the window sizes, does not solve the problem.

If anyone knows of any other preferences or something that I could remove to solve this problem, I can be grateful.

Yes, I received the same answer. This means that adobe don't use OS native windows (shame on them!). I just tried something with CS4 that worked, however. Try this:

    Stop Media encode

Go to UserHomeDirectory > library > Preferences > Adobe > Adobe Media Encoder 4.0 > and delete the file called "AMEPrefs.xml" and "AppPrefs.xml".

Then restart Media Encoder. For me, this reset the window size and placement. I tried to move the window of export settings down to half of it was above the bottom of the screen. Once I deleted those files and rebooted, the window was smaller and repositioned.

If this does not work, try to download the demo of this product:

    http://irradiatedsoftware.com/sizeup/

It is said that Adobe programs are programs of "disorder", they won't probably resize, but they should at least move. If nothing else, maybe you can move the window value is negative (upwards) so that the resize handle is visible, then move it down so that the header bar is visible again...

  • Media Encoder export does not like DV NTSC

Yes, so, as the title suggests. I got too used to the ease of export that offers Final Cut Pro 6 and 3 additional compressor. My problem starts when I open Media Encoder and then drag video files from a P2 card in it. My export options are very limited. NO MOV QUICKTIME OPTION. Even when I export the clips or sequence of first Pro CS4, export options allow to select Quicktime, but when I submit it, Media Encoder opens and does nothing. It loads even the sequence or clips. How can I get a Quicktime export option?

You're in for a disappointment. Unfortunately, some users have experienced after installing the 4.1 update, installation was returned to the status of the trial and all support MPEG disappeared. Often, this was due to having used both the trial version or have a bad installation. The only sound solution is to completely uninstall the suite Adobe, run the Script Utility own 2 or even 3 times and reinstall and then apply the update again.

Search the clean Script Utility here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/403/kb403995.html

  • No layer of setting Audio and missing on Adobe Media Encoder export?

I have a problem with Adobe Media Encoder.

I tried rendering on a 03:14 video .mp4 (Youtube 1080 p) and Facbeook 720 p presets and is not make properly. The audio is always completely silent, and among the adjustment layers is rendered.

When I made a (absolutely freakin ' huge) .mov using Render tail to After Effect, it works fine.

    Anyone know what is happening?

Update: Solution found. Apparently, I need to clean the media cache, so it can rebuild.

  • CS4 - Adobe Media Encoder-> still - H.264 Blu - ray

As many people are aware, transcoding yet can sometimes be less than optimal. I played with the settings of the SOUL and with the help of other people on these and other forums sliced all the right settings, while still would treat my native DVD quality videos and do not attempt to transcode the.

I am now trying my hand at the Blu - Ray and facing me similar problems, but so far I have not really found any answers that have worked. According to my research, the following should work:

    SOUL

    ------

    Format: H.264 Blu - ray

    _Video_

    TV standard: NTSC

    Image size: 1920 x 1080

    Frame the oar: 23.976

    Field order: no (progressive)

Format of the pixels: screen 16:9 wide

    Profile: high

    Level: 4.1

    _Bitrate settings

    Encoding Bitrate: VBR 1 Pass

    Target Bitrate: 18

    Flow Max: 22

    _Audio_

I disabled because I'm using DD 5.1 encoding and for the quality of DVD, I learned that multiplexing is a no-no to prevent still trying to transcode the things of multiplexing. I guess the same applies to the Blu - Ray, so I'm not really worried about the Audio.

    Yet

    ---------

    _Project Settings_

    Design: Blu - ray

    _Settings

    TV Standard: NTSC

    Codec: H.265

    Dimensions: 1920 x 1080

    Frame rate: 23.976

    Fields: No fields (progressive scan)

    _Automatic transcoding

Maximum video bit rate: 25.0 Mbps

    _Audio transcoding

    Audio transcoding scheme: Dolby Digital

I tried a number of other parameters around these (including using 29.97 frame rate to match my source), but after 4 days trying different things with the SOUL, I am completely puzzled. What I want is someone to be kind enough to post their settings, in the level of detail above, allowing them to import an asset again so that it does not transcode the video.

I know there are other tools out there that can do these things, but I paid my $ for Adobe Mastersuite so that he would do these things for me. If possible, I would definitely stay with these tools.

I don't know if it's important, but my source is that a Panasonic HDC-TM700 set to record 1080 p 30 (I do not use of their proprietary format of 60 frame). I have successfully reduced this source with SOUL DVD quality. I also managed issued by SOUL 1080 p which was uploadable on Youtube. Still, I'm not sure it is important to others that I have used my source video. Here are the properties of the video according to the first:

    Type: MPEG Movie

    File size: 2.6 GB

    Image size: 1920 x 1080

    Sampling: 32

    Frame rate: 29.97

    Audio Format: 48000 - compressed - Hz 6 channels

Project Audio Format: comma floating 48000 Hz - 32 bit - 6 channels

    Total duration: 00; 22; 23; 25

    Average data rate: 2.0 MB/second

    Pixel format: 1.0

My actual clip is about 6 min, but my intention is to use clips of up to an hour in length.

Oh, I'm not sure if it is clear from my above information, but I'm not using Adobe Dynamic Link. I don't know if it is my problem, but my attempt to use has not produced the results I was looking for either.

Thanks in advance for your time and to make it this far in my post

    -Jay

Normal audio transcoding.  Blu - Ray, you can manually than to use the right PCM change.

I just tried very preset and video, as expected, was listed as not transcode as Blu - ray.  Make sure you are looking not to the status of transcoding from DVD?

  • Can I closed AE while Media Encoder exports?

Just to save up on top of the RAM, I can close AE all exports me?

    Thank you!

SOUL uses his own version encapsulated EI make engine, so generally, you should be able to close AE whiel made SOUL it is and the project has been saved successfully.

  • Audio damage when the file is exported in Adobe Media Encoder queue?

    Hey guys

Hope you can help me with my problem...

I'm fairly new work in After Effects, so I might have too have it explained in detail.

I am currently working on several animations for the customer, where I did the visuals and got audio lying elsewhere...

There have had no problems with the audio before the lengthening...

When I play the audio (wav file) new in Quicktime format, there is no problem at all - it's the same for when I play the audio in AE, no problem either...

BUT when I export the files through Adobe Media Encoder queue (h:264 - mp4) audio is corrupted and when played in Quicktime,.

the last seconds is played at least twice, just to repeat... I tried with 2 of 5 files, and both were corrupted, with the same error in the end...

I can't know if the files are corrupt (the guy who fixed them) in a way that he doesn't ' watch that "when files are exported through AMECQ...

Or if I just do it wrong... I worked at AE for about 5 months, so I don't know yet of all the parameters, etc...

Hope you can help because it is an urgent task and there is no one else in the office that I work, knows nothing about AE... Haaalp!

    Thank you

    Katrine

This problem is fixed in update fixes after effects CC 2015.3 (13.8.1). This update, available now, can be installed by using the creative Office Cloud app, or by choosing Help > updates within any Adobe application.

  • Error: "Quicktime may need to be installed in order to display or to convert the video in Adobe Media Encoder.»

I'm trying to export a Flash video. I get this message

"Quicktime may need to be installed in order to display or to convert the video in Adobe Media Encoder."

Despite the error message, it "seems" and spits a mov file, but only the audio crosses (the video is all black).

I use Flash Professional CC, but older versions (CS6) seem to have the same problem.

Some tips on how to export as swf no Flash?

    Thank you!

I would still choose not to send the video through Adobe Media Encoder, which can stop the error message.

What is your scenario? Video export cannot export integrated H.264 video. If you do animation and audio to go on top an existing H.264 format video, export, but make sure the alpha box set when exporting. Then, you can combine the old movie H.264 with the animation and the sound you made in Flash.

  • QuickTime, export error QuickTime for Windows is unable to export H.264 on computers with more than 16 cores of CPU because of a problem in the Apple H.264 compressor component. Export error Incompatible Video Codec found in the preset

I get now after a recent update this error pop up.  I already tried to reinstall QuicktimePro and I am still getting this error.  Any thoughts on what may cause this problem and how can I solve it?

    Thank you

Media Encoder QuickTime H.264 encoding is based on the QuickTime component provided by Apple.  Unfortunately, the version Windows of QuickTime from Apple does not support the 16 + processor cores.  Unless Apple corrects this problem on their own, we cannot do this work on Media Encoder.  Another solution is to use encoding H.264 (.mp4) and it works on any CPU configuration.

  • Media Encoder CC error - does not open

    Hello

Since a few days I could not open / use Adobe Media Encoder. Whenever I try to open it I see this error dialog (see table below for reference).

I tried to uninstall all applications in cloud, rebooted, then used the application adobe cleaner, rebooted and then all reinstalled, then rebooted again.

Even though everything I still see the same error every time that I try to open Media Encoder. It is simply not ok, I need to be able to use the media encoder as I can't always afford to wait for a complete rendering straight out of first. Basically Media Encoder is useless now. I searched the forums and the internet for people with a similar problem and have developed short on any working solution. Help, please.

    Hello

I have problems with 2 things.  First of all, when I try to go to Adobe Media Encoder I get the following error:

It works perfectly well first Pro CC.  If I open Media encode and import a legacy file that works fine as well.

And when I try to create new cinema 4 D file:

    after effects cineware error.PNG

There is NO movie theater that installed 4 d I can see on my system - where it is and how to download?  I tried to use import Photoshop 3D, but apparently we cannot do that more with CC?

  • Adobe media encoder gives an error

Whenever I run Media Encoder it gives the message of foloowing: Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue.

There is nothing I can do, when the Media Encoder of closing message has disappeared again. I tried unistalling and install the program again, but nothing seems to work. Y at - there anyting I can do? I have

Try to launch the application while holding down the SHIFT key.   This will reset all the preferences and may solve your problem.

  • Media encode CC Crash

    That's what I use:

    • iMac (end 2013)
      • 3.5 GHz i7 cpu
      • 32 GB of ram
      • 2 GB NVIDIA graphics card

    • OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

    • Suite Adobe CC (all programs fully updated)
    • Handler application Adobe creative cloud (completely up to date)

So I made a very long video in first Pro CC.

The timeline stops at the 2 hours 47 minutes. So it's really a long video!

When I try it in Media Encoder, it gets to halfway (about) and then crashes. Sometimes even break (restart) the Mac set.

The specifications for video are 1920 x 1080 25 fps.

I'm looking to go out to the MP4 H.264 (so I can then upload to YouTube *)... and I have been using Media Encoder preset 'H.264 - Match Source - broadband'.

I have tried just about every other files export presets (Animation MOV, ProRes etc.) but still the same accident.

I thought that the film could be the problem. The timeline consists of approximately 6 cut video files, and they are all MP4.

So, I even re-encoded each of these movie clips in the handbrake to convert them all to 'clean up' the MP4 files. But I still get the same crash.

On the 'preferences' of Media Encoder, Premiere Pro and After Effects, the 'RAM reserved for other applications' is default (6 GB). Not sure if this is the problem?

Or I get this accident because the video is just too long? Perhaps Media Encoder has a limit of 2 hours or something?

Or is my Mac of overheating for some reason any?

I've already searched online for similar problems, but found nothing.

And I know that one of the typical answers is 'Try to update your software to the latest', but I assure you that I already have.

    * YouTube has a download limit of 128 GB/11 hours.

    Kind regards

    Josh

Here are a couple more things you can try.

-Disable an option "Import sequences in native mode" in the preferences of the SOUL > General.

-Encode directly into Premiere Pro, instead of coding in the SOUL.
