menu bookmark clutter

Hello

I recently reset firefox and I am trying to set up again.

In the bookmark drop down menu, there is a lot of disorder, folder of bookmarks to display, display all bookmarks, bookmark this page, Subscribe to this page, the toolbar of bookmarks etc.

The only thing I want to see is my files. My research has suggested adding a userChrome.css file and paste the code in there, but it made no difference (links were old enough).

Any ideas how to achieve my goal?

  1. Install Stylish and restart Firefox when prompted.

  2. Open the Manager of modules (Ctrl + Shift + A) and then the Styles of the user category.
  3. Click the write New Style top. Paste the following text in the text box, name the style, and then click the "Save" button.
    • The first style affects the menu under the Favorites button on the toolbar in the current version of Firefox. That's what you're looking for.
    • The second does the same thing for Firefox 31 (and probably 29 Firefox and Firefox 30 establishments).

    As I said in your other thread, (AKA light themes, personas) themes change only the bottom of the toolbars. You need a complete theme if you want to change the background of the menus, or the appearance of the buttons.

    Regarding the alternatives of Noia 4, Noia Fox and Nuvola FF are available, but is not a dark theme.
