  Basically, it must disable all startup items and services of NONE-Windows through msconfig, and then restart your pc and then put it in standby or idle mode and see if the problem is resolved?

• [Solved] Windows 7 start menu search work does not correctly

  I hope you guys can help me with the following:
  As I removed (through the registry) libraries in Windows 7 (see notice at the bottom) I can't find common things such as 'cmd' 'Notepad' or 'calc (tab'ulator)' find the programs installed in the search from the start menu, but CAN FIND paths like C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe. Research in the Solution Explorer window is not affected by this problem. If I try to search for example "cmd" in the search for the start menu it says "no element not corresponding to your research." When I click on "See more results" it shows This popup (click here). So I restored the registry keys, but it will not work correctly again.

  FYI: I tried several things to solve this problem but never fixed it:
  -see if the Windows Search service and Indexing Service are running (> Yes, auto-start)
  -rebuild the index (it indexes 2 additional partitions on my hard drive, C:\Windows, C:\Users, C:\Program Files (x 86)------and standard folders like the Start Menu)
  -Uninstall and reinstall Windows Search and Indexing Service (via Windows turn on or off features in the control panel > programs and features)
  -delete the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Search
  -Tools Microsoft FixIt
  -Troubleshooting (also the problems search and indexing)
  -create new user account

  I found a solution by myself.
  If you have the same problem I had (really the same with above registry keys), just download this file: https://www.mediafire.com/?s4bt0447gk426r6 inside you will find 3 .reg files:
  -to restore the registry keys and resolving the problem of search in the menu start
  -through libraries in the start menu folders 'normal '.
  -to cancel the passage of libraries in normal files.

  To have no problem trying to merge "undo_rem_libs.reg", first give yourself permissions (full control!) of the HKCR\CLSID\ {031E4825-7B94-4dc3-B131-E946B44C8DD5} key by right-clicking on it > permissions... > advance > owner (tab) > click on your username > OK > again once, click your user name (this time in the 'group or user names') > check 'Allow' in the full control row > OK.
  That's all! Now you can merge the .reg for restoring above file (see problem) removed key strings with the just installed new Windows 7 original data.

  The other .reg files in the archive must be explicit.

And I followed the implementation of the controlBar in Panel. My skin file should display the header at the top of the container. For debugging, I just renamed my headerGroup to contentGroup (defined in SkinnableContainer) and I can see this content at design time.

  The application code is not "compiled". A CFC is final compiled code, so design mode can load and display. I think that it won't work in an application's performance. Things will need to be recompiled constantly since there is no compc compiler in an application.

  The extra leg, that I am referring is in Design view extensions. There are in fact extended components that implement the API they use in Design mode. It's a glorified built-in Flash Player.

  It's a complication bit, I intend writes a blog on sooner rather than later.

  I created an application in dreamweaver cm³ and transferred by the phonegap build service. It uses the < div id dat-role = 'page' > go to different areas of the page.

  It works very well on my phone under android 2.3.7 (don't laugh!), but when I try to run it on a htc android 4.0.3 sensation or Nexus running 4.3 it just displays as a long scrolling page.

  Does anyone know how to sort this out or am I missing something?

  Authentication popup window does not display the buttons to send or cancel submission of credentials. Keyboard still works, but the pop-up window is the frame is smaller than the content of the window.

  This is probably caused by the additional content that is added by LastPass extensions and AutoFill that do not fit in the authentication window.

  On Linux, I am able to resize this window in the usual way by dragging its highlight.

• Message viewer window does not appear

  This started happening recently on my father 15 "retina Macbook Pro race El Capitan 10.11.3: when it starts to mail, the main display window does not appear.

  It's there, but invisible: I know because by selecting "Minimize" from the [Windows] menu in mail brings up for a fraction of a second before it zoomed down to the Dock. Once there, you can click the icon in the Dock and it zooms out on the screen, after which things work normally.

  You can try to leave Explorer yourself.  Here's how:

  1. Press Ctrl-Shift-escape, which should open the Task Manager.
  2. On the file menu, choose new task.  Type explorer.exe and press ENTER.  The taskbar and the desktop should appear.

  However, this is not a permanent solution.  My best advice to you would be to use the system restore to go back to one hour before the beginning of the question.  This restoration process takes about 2 minutes and will not lose one of your folders: it restores only the settings from the system to a point in time that you choose (you can 'come back' as little as a few hours or several weeks).

  To do a test, follow the steps below.  I guess that you are unable to reach the taskbar for the following steps:

  1. Press Ctrl-Shift-escape, which should open the Task Manager.
  2. On the file menu, choose new task.  Type rstrui.exe (this name is for 'restore user interface').  When you click OK, the system restore should start.
  3. Through the system restore program, you will choose a time to come back. When you have completed the program, your computer will restart with the settings at this time.
