  I would like to know if it would be possible to synchronize a free Adobe Story account with another account Adobe Story CC. To be exact, I have an old Adobe Story free account under an email on which I wrote a lot of Scripts, and I recently bought a membership creative cloud under a new e-mail address. I want to synchronize these scripts from Adobe Story free account to my newly created Adobe Story CC account. I have not found a way to make this otherwise than to copy - paste all the text and links... in the new Adobe Story CC. It would be REALLY a lot of time and I would appreciate any help on the side of Adobe if it would be possible to simply migrate these accounts.

  N ° currently, it is not possible to migrate an account of history to another email address.

  However, you can export and import individual documents. Please visit this thread in the forum for more information.

  I was working on a project with someone, when I wanted to share my project Adobe Story, the project totally gone from my account. He was not in the deleted files - he just DISAPPEARED.

• Adobe Story in error "cannot load the user's preferences" then I have to disconnect

  I try to access Adobe Story, but whenever I connect I get an error saying "Cannot load the user's preferences", then I have the ability to log out, but nothing else. I tried this using the desktop application as well as several browsers on my Mac and my PC. I tried to raise that this issue with the chat support however could not help with the issue. What can I do to solve this problem and power access to my account?

  When I connect to my account cloud and go under APPS. I see the Story more App in the list of applications. When I click on iam MORE INFORMATION, go to the (free) App in history. And in the corner right it says updated MORE. I thought with the beam of creative cloud the story more is included? !

  Oh and when is he coming Digital Publishing unique Edition comes to creative cloud?

  Try this address https://story.adobe.com or search with google or bing and you connect with your Adobe Adobe Story there identification code, you can download the desktop application. But make sure you have the latest version of Adobe AiIr if only it will not install. Hope that helps.

  Bought Compaq laptop windows 8 months... There is setup with the microsoft account.  Then created another account to microsoft and I don't need another, but both are run separately on my laptop.  And data, skydrive, e-mail are separated by Microsoft account.  Don't need thre original Microsoft account by I want all data under this one and access the skydrive created in one.

  It's something to do with Microsoft and the answer is No, you cannot merge Mocrosoft accounts:

  I have the CC from Adobe and I am just curious to know if I should purchase history or is it included as part of the creative cloud.  If it is part of the CP, how to access that version that I had asked me to upgrade to use it and I don't want to double pay for it every month if I don't have to. help please

  This is the part of the creative cloud. You don't have to buy it.

  I click the Sign In button, then connect with my creative cloud, connect.

  To install the application in offline mode, you can download it from the portal of history online after clicking on the Home button. Look for the button download the current application "do you want to work Offline?

• I can't create an account on Adobe Stock

  Dear Sir

  I want to register for an account with Adobe Stock, but I constantly get an error message (a system error has occurred). All payments (amex) and details of the invoice are correct and I have tried several times in different browsers (chrome and firefox) and emptied the cache. I am Amsterdam (Netherlands), the base, which should not be the problem either.

  A trying to reach here Adobe customer service in the Netherlands, but given online contact information (Adobe Nederland - support: Adobe products ) seems incorrect. Disconnects the telephone number and the e-mail address is no longer used.

  Please advice.

  I'm working on a film project and I want first to Adobe Story app, but I don't want to use a system that was no longer under development. Can I say Adobe Story not has not been updated in some time, and it is the mobile application was abandoned.

  Please let me know if Adobe is planning free updates, or if Adobe Story has reached it's end of life.

• I get an error when installing Adobe Story.

  Regardless of the browser that I'm trying to install adobe story more offline, it either doesn't load or Adobe Air goes through the installation process and then give me the same error each time. I studied this on other discussions with nothing done. Adobe Air asked me to update but then gives me a different error code.

  It is the final error screen that I meet. Any help or idea would be greatly appreciated.

  I actually did a complete search of my computer and there was an installation package already installed in my documents. Unlike those I got from the story of adobe on the internet page, it worked. If you are having the same problem I suggest to take the same line of conduct: search your computer for an installation package.

• What is the file of my Adobe Story project real offline and I can restore?

  I was offline for a while and I couldn't get my new synchronization scripts to the area of online projects. Then I "upgraded" in the same Adobe Story CC more I was running. In the online application old files became available, but the latest offline files are no where. Restored to the old com.adobe.AdobeStory.4875E02D9FB21EE389F73B8D1702B320485DF8CE.1 folder, but the application would not pass the sign-in Adobe cloud dialogue.  And now, whenever Adobe Story opens (online is now the default) it overwrites the content restored of the folder with the synchronized online content.

• Export a Script since Adobe Story more in Microsoft Word

  I wrote a script in Adobe Story more and I need to export it to Microsoft Word for my final project in school... The option to export as-> HTM MS Word Compatible (.htm) is disabled (grayed on so that I can not click on it) and I think it's him that I need. I had it exported to .pdf but it isn't just... copy it copies the text but does not save the appropriate script format. I tried all the available export options and none of them will save the correct script format when I put it into my Word document.

  I just waited on the phone for almost 20 minutes and no agent Adobe never wouldn't come on the line. I used the online chat with an option of the agent and waited 15 minutes for the agent to tell me that they are not trained on Adobe Story.
