Message: 'access denied cannot connect.

Network Magic (5.5.9118.2 - Pure0) running on Windows XP SP3 (2 machines) and Vista SP1 (1 machine). The message "connection impossible access denied" when you try to print to one of the two printers wired to the Vista of one of the machines (laptop) XP machine. The Vista machine can be printed on the other machine XP (office) and the laptop can also print on this machine. I deleted the printers of the laptop, put the printer out of sharing on the Vista computer, restored the printers and I always get the error message. File sharing through all three machines works very well.

All the functions you suggested are on. As an experiment I even deleted both the laptop (XP) printers, define the actions of the printer on off (Vista) and restored two printers. I am now able to print from the XP machine to Vista machine.

Thanks for your help.

USB connected external hard drive was used with XP.  For a small period of time, we had to connect to a machine from W7.  Now that we are back to the XP machine, we have most of the files to get a message "access denied."  How we fix the problem.  The files are images, videos or music.

    Try this,

    Start in safe mode.
Open your computer and right click on your external hard drive.
    Go to properties.
    Click Security.
Click on Edit under a quote "to change permissions, click on change."
    Click on Add.
Type in "everyone" in the white box.
Then check in the box "total control".

Get the message "This Mac cannot connect to iCloud due to a problem with my Id, open Preferences to solve iCloud iCloud" after entering my password which is accepted and then after a minute or two messages is.

    I'm your pain ptapp!

Through my research for an answer that solves this problem, I have found that not even Apple knows how to solve this problem of password to iCloud.

All 4 of my devices constantly ask my password because of some problems with xyz account.

Then I enter the password only to be told that iCloud cannot check my password.

Then after several repetitions of this I get locked and have to go to the site apple id to change my password.

I didn't spend $6 000 on these beautiful devices so I could spend countless hours dealing with support (with no positive result) and find themselves just beyond myself in frustration. I have a Mac Pro, 2 iPads, 2 iPhones and an iPod touch. All are behaving this way, no matter what it is I'm doing at the time.

Apple needs to fix this problem, if they have any idea how to.

  • Restore access to My Documents after reinstalling XP, I get the message: 'access denied '.

Original title: restore access to My Documents after reinstalling XP

Recently, I acquired a virus with which Microsoft Security Essentials could not cope.  Then one day the computer refused to start.  I wrongly assumed that my hard drive was dead, so I installed a new HD and reinstalled Windows XP.  [Actually, I first tried the upgrade to Windows 7, because program upgrade windows 7 Microsoft has already said that my computer was compatible... but Windows 7 disk says otherwise!]  Then I tried to install the HD original in an another drive Bay and discovered it still worked, but I could not boot from it.  Apparently, the virus has killed the OS (Windows XP) but my files, programs and documents are still there.  The problem is that when I try to access my old "My Documents" folder, I get the message: 'access denied '.  I believe that this is because the files are stored in a password protected user account.  I know the password, but I do not know how to access the files.

I tried to create a user account on my new HD (with the operating system Windows XP reinstalled) with the same name and the password that I used on my original (with the Windows operating system XP corrupted) HD to create all the document files.  However, opening a session with this account name and password did NOT restore my access to the My Documents folder on my original hard drive.

I'm out of ideas.  Help, please!

    Hello

I have a Windows XP pro (Lenovo) that I recently ran the recovery and returned to certain configurations of 1.5 years. Now I can't add a network printer and get always the message error «Windows cannot connect to the printer or the name of the printer...» ». I ping the printer and all on my network can add these printers, it's just that a machine that fails to add network printers.

I disabled the firewall, but were still unable to add the printer. Then I found some difficulties to register for a similar problem, but they were not useful... It really becomes a big headache, especially Windows restore does not work...

I strongly suspect that 1.5 years, someone has renamed the printer.  Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the print server through My Network Places and see what it's callednow .  Otherwise, you could ask your network/system administrator.  You should know... This seems to be related to Apple to block your IP address for some reason any. Because you can't call Apple because it is the process which is a failure, you might try to jump to the solution for one user found here > Re: access is denied. You don't have permission to access the 'http://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do' on this server (all services back-end from Apple are connected, it seems)

  • Access denied error connecting to the target RT

    Hello

I use LV2009 on a desktop host and RT 9 on a target PXI.  I can connect to the target through the project with the original target embedded sw Explorer but cannot access the modules of IO MAX due to a driver version (DAQmx) inconsistancy between the host and the target.  When I install the DAQmx 9.3 drivers on the two systems that I can connect and access as the target I/O via MAX modules but cannot connect to the target through the Project Explorer.  I gives me an IP address in the host not to mistake of authorized access list, even if I've added to the list of users under properties of the target. Something in the DAQmx update is complete my ability to connect through the Project Explorer.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Thank you

    Hi DDockery,

Our objectives of RT keep record of system information in a file named nor - rt.ini

We do not suggest edit our files nor - rt.ini if you are not similar with them.

Important lines in the ni - rt.ini follow the lines:
    Server.TCP.Access = "' + * '"
    RTTarget.IPAccess = "' + * '"

'+' * means that each IP address can access

If you have any more specific questions or unconfortable editing the .ini file please contact Supportm technique of NOR, create a Service request and an Applications engineer can help out you.

  • Error 5 access denied, cannot create the installation directory

    Please can someone help?
I can't install anything on my PC!

When I try to install anything, I get the error:
    ---------------------------
    Error
    ---------------------------
Setup could not create the directory "C:\Temp\is-27LQO.tmp".
    Error 5: Access is denied.

    Ok
    ---------------------------
no solution I can find online won't work! (the name of the .tmp file changes every time)

I tried to change my account temporarily in a new folder I created, C:\Temp, same result. I tried as admin, same result, I tried with UAC on and outside, same result. Create a new user on the PC, same result. Check the permissions on the folder (inherited), removed the permissions & re-added, same result. This seems to be an exe that I try to run to install something, it's fine by week or 2 ago.
    Any help appreciated.

Take a look at the messages that appear in the right-hand side of the screen when you open your thread. They deal with the same issue.

    Give full control permission

    C:\temp folder and

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp

    Reason

Malware blocked your permissions for these two folders (and subfolders)

    Malwarebytes repair this problem.

These two records are essential to the installation and execution of your programs.

  • CS5.5 error message "access denied."

No additional information provided other than 'access denied '.  I can burn Blu - ray discs, but when I try to burn a DVD double layer this error message appears.  I have about 1.5 GB of space on the DVD, then, what is the average of "Access denied" error message to double layer?

There are few examples of solutions other than running as an administrator. It is probably because the error occurs for many reasons. Since you say "no additional information", I guess that's the "access denied" and not the "Blu - ray error: 'access denied', Code:"12"error." It doesn't matter really; the same run as administrator is the fix. But the bluray error has been a known issue for Encore CS5.

Make sure that you really like ongoing run 'as administrator' and don't not running under an account with administrative privileges. And if you have still set to always start 'as administrator', check who has lost none of its value.

Another issue I found was a user who has removed the slideshows, created the project, and cela worked.

    Hi Robear,

I'm having a problem with the installation of SP3 for XP Edition family. I have no updated two years ago because all updates have been making my computer lag (and I have them turned off).

Now, I tried to be diligent and save my computer died. Latest things I've done included installation COMODO System Cleaner and the task of the clean computer. In regards to SP3, I get an error saying: access denied. I tried following this thread: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949377/. Did not work. I hope that http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950718/en-us will work:

I read everywhere, but still don't really know if I should update the .NET framework. currently have versions 1.0.3705, 1.1.4322 and 2.0.50727. Thank you very much
