  • CS5.5 error message "access denied."

No additional information provided other than 'access denied '.  I can burn Blu - ray discs, but when I try to burn a DVD double layer this error message appears.  I have about 1.5 GB of space on the DVD, then, what is the average of "Access denied" error message to double layer?

There are few examples of solutions other than running as an administrator. It is probably because the error occurs for many reasons. Since you say "no additional information", I guess that's the "access denied" and not the "Blu - ray error: 'access denied', Code:"12"error." It doesn't matter really; the same run as administrator is the fix. But the bluray error has been a known issue for Encore CS5.

Make sure that you really like ongoing run 'as administrator' and don't not running under an account with administrative privileges. And if you have still set to always start 'as administrator', check who has lost none of its value.

Another issue I found was a user who has removed the slideshows, created the project, and cela worked.

  • Error message "Access denied" on the sharing of files and folders on a dual-boot computer.

    I have a Dual Boot PC - the two Windows 7 Home Premium - one 32-bit, 64-bit.

If I try to access files created in the 32-bit system to the 64-bit system, I get "Access Denied" errors. This is extremely annoying as its my PC, my data, my everything!

The only way to solve the problem seems to be to give all permissions to "Everyone", but then I get my parcel Internet Security complain bitterly that my PC is now open to piracy because I gave "Everyone" full access permissions.

I searched the Web and Microsoft, but I never seem to find exactly what I'm looking for; part of my search text seems to have more weight than another. For example, I add "in the system to dual-boot" and I get links to creating a dual boot system.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to grant permissions to access 32-bit system folder to the main user on the 64 bit system, I would be very grateful.

    Thank you very much.

  • Restore access to My Documents after reinstalling XP, I get the message: 'access denied '.

Original title: restore access to My Documents after reinstalling XP

Recently, I acquired a virus with which Microsoft Security Essentials could not cope.  Then one day the computer refused to start.  I wrongly assumed that my hard drive was dead, so I installed a new HD and reinstalled Windows XP.  [Actually, I first tried the upgrade to Windows 7, because program upgrade windows 7 Microsoft has already said that my computer was compatible... but Windows 7 disk says otherwise!]  Then I tried to install the HD original in an another drive Bay and discovered it still worked, but I could not boot from it.  Apparently, the virus has killed the OS (Windows XP) but my files, programs and documents are still there.  The problem is that when I try to access my old "My Documents" folder, I get the message: 'access denied '.  I believe that this is because the files are stored in a password protected user account.  I know the password, but I do not know how to access the files.

I tried to create a user account on my new HD (with the operating system Windows XP reinstalled) with the same name and the password that I used on my original (with the Windows operating system XP corrupted) HD to create all the document files.  However, opening a session with this account name and password did NOT restore my access to the My Documents folder on my original hard drive.

I'm out of ideas.  Help, please!

I tried to change my account temporarily in a new folder I created, C:\Temp, same result. I tried as admin, same result, I tried with UAC on and outside, same result. Create a new user on the PC, same result. Check the permissions on the folder (inherited), removed the permissions & re-added, same result. This seems to be an exe that I try to run to install something, it's fine by week or 2 ago.
    Any help appreciated.

Take a look at the messages that appear in the right-hand side of the screen when you open your thread. They deal with the same issue.

    Give full control permission

    C:\temp folder and

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp

    Reason

Malware blocked your permissions for these two folders (and subfolders)

    Malwarebytes repair this problem.

These two records are essential to the installation and execution of your programs.

  • Setup failed to create the directory [bonnefin] error 5: access denied

    Hello

I tried to install some programs (2) on my computer, but an error message shows everytime I open the Setup program. The error message is the following:
Setup could not create the directory "C\Users\[NAME]~1\AppData\Local\Temp\is-HJF7P.tmp\".
    Error 5: Access denied
I don't know if it is a problem with Setup (probably not since it happens with both programs) or the user/computer account. Very probably the last. I searched this error and found a few threads, but they were out of date or on the settings for who can access temporary files (which is why I put this topic 'Security, confidentiality and account' by the way I checked and they are the right settings).
Oh, and I use an acer aspire laptop with Windows 7. There is only one user account on my computer and I think I have administrator permissions.
