Message on laptop widows trying to Hibernate

I tried to turn it off, unplug and remove the battery.  Nothing works.  When I plug it back, same message.  Cannot get it to turn on or off.

1. could you give us the exact error message?

Method 1.
a. open Power Options in Control Panel. (Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Power Options).
b. click on the Hibernate tab, uncheck the Enable hibernate support check box and then click on apply.
 
Method 2.
Let us check in SafeMode if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved in safe mode that makes a third installed application launches hibernation and we can perform a clean boot to find this application or a program and we can either remove or uninstall and reinstall the application.
