I downloaded it on the internet (it has been dated to 2004) and put in windows/system32 and it is more showed the error when I rebooted it. I was wondering if it had anything to do with a DVD program that I can have installed. I've also cancelled it until the point of origin at a time given and which did not help either.

  So I've not had a problem since, and now I want to install H & R Block to do my taxes. I get the following error message:
