• RemovePopUp method removes the object from the display list?

  I'm setting up an AIR application that uses several pop-up windows, and I get as much memory as possible windows pop up closed at each Garbage Collection.  Reading through forums / Articles / documentation, I see instances of object created by pop ups stay in memory (No GC would be) up to:

  -all references to the object are = null (cancelled)

  -all receivers on the object are removed (or are weakly referenced)

  -l' object is removed from the display list.

  My question is:

  Does

  PopUpManager.removePopUp (this);

  remove the object from the display list?

  I use PopUpManager.createPopUp () to instantiate a container to display mx:TitleWindow objects.

  The pop-up closed deletion function, however, I'm not sure if it is 'removed from the display list' completely.

  A simple answer is the best, what moves me in the direction of answering the question. (Also useful: How can I see the objects in the display list at a certain point during execution of the application?)

  There is an interesting use in the Timer class (take a look at threadReaper object). I never used to terminate a thread myself, but there is a usecase.

  The 'View' type is provided in Perl VI and VI .net (part of the VI Powershell, see the developer's guide). They are not part of the Web Service API.

  I use datacontrol webservice to call "Webservice secure." A datacontrol method and he fell in the UI, it passes an object (for example, the SOAHeader object) as an input parameter and returns "String" as an output.   To create a bit of this kind of argument method yo have to

  (1) create a method - right click on the object of BPM-> new method
  (2) add the arguments - in the variables pane, find the Arguments section, then click Add ICO, give it a name, click on the... button to select a type, choose a and type 'Fuego.Net.HttpResponse' in the research section. Also you can find it on the catalog of components-> Fuego-> Net-> HttpResponse

  It seems you are trying to instantiate a new instance of the vCACCAFEEntitiesFinder class using code similar to the following:

  var host = ...; // vCAC host object

  var groups = ef.getBusinessGroups(host); // retrieve business groups
  

  You can't do that; vCACCAFEEntitiesFinder is a singleton script and cannot be instantiated. You must use the name directly as in the following code:

  Records as VirtualMachines and others are objects managed - they live on the vCenter and what you work with is a proxy. You can instantiate the VcFolder object in the script, but will not create an object in the vCenter. The right way is to get a proxy to an instance of file and call the method "createFolder". By default, you have a rootFolder object named "Data centers" and you create your hierarchy below.

  just found out that this error is caused by the "cancel event' DA action that should be fired after the modal dialog box open. If I omit this event Cancel modal page is not loaded, but also no error appears.

  You can see that there is an explicit for the browserEvent criterion, and it must be different from "load."

  Of course, when you create a dynamic action with type "Page load", the browserevent will be "load", so no popup and no errors. Running a page in debug and research in the javascript console, you can also click through events fired, for example, I have this in the console:

  I tested a bit after commenting on prevention onload, and while I'm sure there are reasons why it was built in like that, I have immediate problems. The modal open during loading and anything funky happens, not even when you navigate around in the iframe.
  This does not however only if you want the modal to react on the loading of the page that your only option is to change the the plugin plsql code. I would say: test it enough!

  Go to the plugin, change it. Under Source > Code PLSQL find this:

  As you can see, I only commented those 2 lines, but it should allow the modal to open the loading of the page. I hope this helps you forward a bit.

  As I mentioned in a previous post on the Scripting Forum (http://forums.adobe.com/thread/427791), methods that previously worked in Acrobat 8 to get the object of doc JS of a PDF document that is opened in a web browser - for example App.activeDocs . using the JS object and AcroApp.GetAVDoc (index). GetPDDoc using OLE automation - no longer works in Acrobat 9.  Therefore, in Acrobat 9, it is impossible to access a PDF file that is opened in a browser or in its annotations (except, of course, the PDF is downloaded to the computer and open through the NTFS, which kind of defeated the purpose).
