I still maintain that if Microsoft really cared, it would provide a free 24/7 real tech support and charge not $295 (CAD) to submit a technical support request problems they create themselves. Sorry for the tone, I don't want to troll, I'm just mad for having spent the last 6 hours of my life trying to understand why a single redistributable that worked well has stopped working recently.
