  • Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse with my Satellite A60-122 issue

    Hi there;
    I'm a new user in this forum and this is my situation:

    I bought a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer with a USB Bluetooth adapter. When I plug the Bluetooth adapter to one of my four USB ports, bluetooth connection seems fine. However, I can't work with my new mouse. I have try all this on a Mac computer and mouse everything goes perfectly. I have not yet installed the driver! I don't know what is happening. I had installed the driver several times and it seems OK. DC when I search the mouse over the icon of bluetooth device, I see him there. However, the mouse does not work and when I open again the icon of bluetooth device, I can't see the connection bluetooth mouse more.

    My question was already posted by Sorin11 (08.12.05), and I would like to know if today, hopefully there is a solution to this problem of bluetooth.

    Thank you
    Antonio

    Hello

    Well, the Satellite A60-122 has no Bluetooth. In this case, you will need to use the 3rd Bluetooth driver and the device.
    In addition, the Mac has a completely different operating system and you can not compare the two devices.
    Unfortunately, I can't give you a correct answer, why this problem occurs. You should check if you are using the correct drivers. You should especially drivers for Windows OS.
    In my opinion, you should ask the manufacturers of the ItelliMouse for the support.

  • Computer is stuck on "Microsoft Corporation" logo with the on-screen scroll bar, a green.

    Hello

    I had difficulties to get my computer past the "Microsoft Corporation" logo with the on-screen scroll bar, a green one.

    I searched the forum and found others who have had this problem. I tried some of their proposals, but eventually Windows does not run on my PC.

    It seemed a moment have solved the problem, but my AVG security had been removed. When I arrived the AVG security working properly my computer starts a few times more, but now I'm right back where I started.

    Is it possible for me to turn this thing on, but not in Mode 'Safe '? I am sick and tired of trying to connect, or try to understand this problem.

    I wish I could just take my computer to where I bought it and get my money back. Unfortunately, the warranty period is exhausted on my PC, so I'm stuck with it.

    I use Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit, I don't know if that makes a difference?

    Follow these steps to try to solve your problems of boot.

    Restore point:

    http://www.howtogeek.com/HOWTO/Windows-Vista/using-Windows-Vista-system-restore/

    Do Safe Mode system restore, if it is impossible to do in Normal Mode.

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    Read the above for a very good graph shows how backward more than 5 days in the System Restore Points by checking the correct box.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If the system or Mode restore safe work not and you do not have a Microsoft Vista DVD, make a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
  • Is PDF Complete affiliated with Adobe?
    Is PDF Complete Inc., a subsidiary of Adobe or a competitor?
    Adobe Reader is always a standard FREE software, or has been replaced by an annual subscription of $10?
    Full PDF is not affiliated with Adobe, no. It's a contender. And it seems he's trying to compete with Adobe Acrobat, not Adobe Acrobat Reader, it allows text editing and some other things than Acrobat. Also, just like Acrobat, there is an associated cost. You must compare the features to see what you need. Keep in mind that the third-party pdf editors may or may not produce fully compliant pdf files. In other words, a lot may be fine, but some may not be usable in certain circumstances.
    If you do not need the ability to edit, you can simply download Adobe Acrobat Reader free DC to see/print/commentary on pdf files. If you need to create pdf files, you can subscribe to acrobat.com (also known as the PDF package) services.
    Hope that helps.
    Read the post on the topic on the link below. Whenever someone contacts you asking for access to your computer or to tell you that there is a problem with your computer, it's a scam. Never allow anyone to access your computer UNLESS you have contacted their help first. I operate a computer support site and access my client computers all the time, but they took contact with me for help. That's the difference.
  • FIISOLUTIONS LLC affiliated with Microsoft is in some way, or are they a hacker?
    I received a phone call on 15/07/13 of these people and they said hackers got into my computer from Microsoft and I should plug the hole where they get in. They gave me a phone number in New York for the Technology Department. He was 347-332-1135. Can you tell me if they are legitimate.
    It is my experience that Microsoft are seeking or publish alerts via the phone. It is very likely that you have been approached to a crook.
    The main goal is to take your money. Otherwise, steel your information to other people will pay their money for that information (whether legit email companies or those who intend to harm).
    I would avoid any person claiming to be from Microsoft (or on behalf of Microsoft) unless you yourself initiated the need for reminder of Microsoft on a very specific subject.
    Just some thoughts... Hope this gives an idea.
  • How to enable text search in my work Microsoft Office account with 12 Firefox
    I just upgraded to 12 of Firefox, and I have a problem. When I connect to my Microsoft Outlook work e-mail account remotely, the new Firefox does even not recognize that there is a search text field where I can type in my Outlook window. It happens even when I use hotmail or something as simple as doing a google search. It's almost as if he doesn't know that there are places to type text or words to click on. I'm sure that it is a simple problem, but I do not know how to solve. Thank you!
    Maybe the interference of an add-on, especially any what add-on which relate to the modification or automatically by filling in forms. A standard diagnostic for this is to try Mode without failure of Firefox.
    First of all, I recommend you backup your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See back up and restore the information contained in the profiles of Firefox. (You can copy your profile folder Firefox together somewhere outside the Mozilla folder).
    Then restart Firefox using Firefox Firefox in Safe Mode troubleshooting questions
    Help > restart with disabled modules
    In the Safe Mode dialog box, do not check the boxes, just click "continue mode without failure."
    If you click and type in forms normally, it points to one of your modules (or a parameter custom) as the problem.
    If the form fields still do not work, we would have to consider other factors.
    A little luck?
    XP Media Center operating system disk
    I have a computer that I am repair for a customer.  It doesn't have the disk to the operating system.  I need to get a copy of XP Media Center Edition OEM.  Can microsoft provide for me if I have a license key?
  • Can manage Windows XP Home Edition of Windows 8? Get the error codes for the security updates (0 x 643). ALL through Microsoft Tech INFECTED with the virus and Trojans tried. I need help BADLY. Thank you.
    I tried every thing blessed with technology microsoft... always hanging in limbo here.  Tired of doing constant comprehensive analyses, etc. in order to remove the constant threats.  Apparently my McAfee can't stay with her either.  Need help with the download/repair these seeds as soon as possible.  Thanks to all those who wish to help me - it would be that popular, for sure!
    The question makes no sense.
    "Can manage Windows XP Home Edition of Windows 8?"
    Two problems: there is no Windows 8 and even if there were, Windows XP Home Edition would not not 'manage '.  ;-)
    I drop McAfee for a few different freeware products.  Or better yet I'd get two products 'cost' (~ 25 and 60 dollars) and install them and use them in the future - but WHEN you are trying to clean up.
    You seem like you maybe sincerely - at a time when a format/install of Windows XP/patching/installation of applications/patch/restore backups of your data is the best course of action.
    However, if you are willing to work - maybe we can at least get things cleaned up to a certain point where you can get a good backup before doing this (otherwise avoid doing all together.)
    In the order shown, do not jump (no matter what you do, what you have done in the past, etc.) ...
    First of all - download, install, operate and put to update and then run a full system scan with the following two (one at a time, reboot in-between):
    After you perform a full scan with one then the other and remove anything they have all two are completely, you can uninstall these products, if you wish.  This initiative will allow to check there is no malware floating around your system which could cause problems.  If you ask - no, Norton probably does not protect you from what these applications can find.
    Download and run the MSRT tool manually:
    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.mspx
    (Ignore the details and download the tool to download and save to your desktop, run it.)
    Reset.
    Search online with eSet Online Scanner.
    Reset.
    Download/install the latest program Windows installation (for your operating system):
    (Windows XP 32-bit: WindowsXP-KB942288-v3 - x 86 .exe )
    (Download and save it to your desktop, run it.)
    Reset.
    and...
    Download the latest version of Windows Update (x 86) agent here:
    http://go.Microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=91237
    ... and save it to the root of your C:\ drive. After you register on the root of the C:\ drive, follow these steps:
    Close all Internet Explorer Windows and other applications.
    AutoScan--> RUN and type:
    %SystemDrive%\windowsupdateagent30-x86.exe /WUFORCE
    --> Click OK.
    (If asked, select 'Run'). --> Click on NEXT--> select 'I agree' and click NEXT--> where he completed the installation, click "Finish"...
    Reset.
    Now try usig the Fixit (Yes - try to use it again) to reset your Windows Components Update (you'll do the aggressive version, not the other):
    How to reset the Windows Update components?
    Reset.
    CHKDSK
    How to scan your disks for errors* will take time and a reboot.
    Defragment
    How to defragment your hard drives* will take time
    Reset.
    Now, open Internet Explorer, visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and do a CUSTOM search for updates.  Install any critical/high-priority ones and - for now - to ignore all those in option (always do this for material updates optional here.)
    Restart if necessary and continue to visit this web page until you have not yet updated to high priority.
    Now - if your problem is with the facilities of the .NET Framework...  You can end up with something like:
    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/08/28/8904493.aspx
    to uninstall a few versions of the .NET Framework, then you can try to install again - but you should not do this until the machine is supposed to be cleaned.
