  Go to control panel > hardware and audio > power options > change settings > change advance power settings > managent processor power > political cooling system > set to battery for 'Active' option if it is selected as a liability.

  Go to a computer with a CD or DVD drive

  Insert your Office 2007 CD in the drive

  Insert a USB key or an external hard drive with enough space (1-2 GB)

  Click Start > computer (or computer if the computer is running Windows XP)

  Open the Office 2007 disk (Browse)

  Press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all files on the disk (if the computer is running Windows XP, click Edit > select all, then click on Edit again and copy or if its Windows 7/Vista, click on organize > select all, then click on organize > copy)

  Return to the computer or workstation

  Open the USB key or external storage device

  Right-click in the storage device

  Click new > folder

  Give it a name

  Open it

  Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard to paste all the files on the disk to this folder (if the computer is running Windows XP, click Edit > paste, or if its Windows 7/Vista, click on organize > paste)

  Close all windows

  Eject the storage device

  Carry it to the Netbook, insert it into an available USB port

  Open the folder on the storage device the copy of Microsoft Office copy you

  Run the file setup.exe on the disk

  Proceed with the installation of Microsoft Office.

  You can re - install from the installation media that you used previously by using the same product key - no need to pay again.

  Check if you have a windows.old directory - your data files will be in one.

  If you have downloaded to your desktop, you can log in to the Web site that you have bought in and re-upload.

  I just accidentally deleted a folder which is quite critical to my photography work. Is there anyway to get it back. and yes I read the guest who reminded me that if I removed it, it was gone. I don't think that was the folder I delete. And no, I didn't backup my macbook pro. I do my iMac, but not the laptop.

  Try to use a waste product of data, such as those listed here. Do not write on the disc until the files are recovered or you choose not to recover them.

  Since your Office 2007 pre-installed with Toshiba, you should contact Toshiba to see if they will provide with Office recovery disks.
  It would be Toshiba to provide records.

  I currently have Microsoft Office 2003 on my laptop, it runs without any problems. The last week of 2007 Microsoft Office is automatically installed on my computer. After it installed I couldn't open all WORD documents. I tried to restore my computer to last week, but he wouldn't let me. As I did the restore I am not able to open and use all Microsoft Office files, new or present. My only solution is to reinstall Microsoft Office 2003? I also want to remove the program from 2007 from my computer, but it won't let me. Any ideas?

  I use the function microsoft home and Student 2007 version installed on my Toshiba laptop that I bought a few months back.

  He was asking me to enter the product key to each time but I kept dodging it because it seemed a chore, I didn't know that the product key was on a sticker right under my laptop! Now curiously words microsoft becomes locked so I was forced to search for the key. I entered several times, but he said "the key is incorrect etc." I don't understand why it used to work, it's a real laptop bought at Tescos so it should have worked right.

  I really need to use microsoft office. Any help would be appreciated.

  Microsoft office installed on your laptop is a trial version, so if you want to use more you must purchase a serial key.

  I have Office 2003 and that's all that I need and I want to remove the package from the 2007 trial.

  I tried to uninstall and it has been removed from the Uninstall list, however, when I look in the start menu > all programs > Microsoft Office all items office are still reported with my 2003 versions are for example

  Microsoft Office Access 2003
  Microsoft Office Access 2007

  It is a nuisance.

  Any help would be appreciated

  These are strange sounds, uninstall MicrosoftOffice will never cause the problem. Try to use Uninstall Manager like this:

  I brought my computer new laptop from HP a few years ago. It came with windows 8, and I also brought Microsoft office and wanted installed on the laptop

  After trying the upgrade to 8.1, I had to do an update on my laptop. When I went to tried to reinstalled my my desktop its asks me a key that I don't have.

  What I have is when I did the update the windows.old file. If you can tell me how to recover my key I can get out of here, I'm going to need someone HP to find my order to find my key. I have the order number.
