• Problem with Windows update during the installation of the printer

  I tried several times to install an older printer to the Epson (Stylus Photo 925) on a computer running Windows XP Professional.  When I get to the part of the installation where I select the printer from a list in Windows this printer is not available, so I chose to Windows Update the list.  I've done several times, and the list of Epson printers is actually reduced after selecting the 'Windows Update' button.  Its unusual because a few weeks ago, I did the same configuration for a new machine of Windows 7 and Windows Update added this printer to the list.

  I should add that my printer is on a print server if the installation is a bit more detailed than just plugged in the USB cable and installation.

  I have a column named "GEO_MOD_DATE" which is supposed to be updated every time that my geometry column is updated. My trigger code is below. Currently the trigger is fired when other than my column of geometry columns are updated. I searched the forum and many other sites. As far as I know, my trigger is written correctly. But I can't understand why it is taken when the columns except my geometry column are updated. You have any ideas? Thanks in advance! Note that the trigger fires when I update the geometry column. However, it is also SHOOTING when the other columns are updated. I have also tried adding 'OF GDO_GEOMETRY' from "BEFORE UPDATE" paragraph and which did not help.

  Well, multi-listbox control is a problem if your change causes access to the muliple property node. For each property node LabVIEW normally does a refresh of the user interface which is very quickly. Fortunately, there is a fairly easy way to fix this.

  Use a node of property for the current VI (just drop a property node and change its class type VI Server-> VI reference) to get the reference of the Panel. Then use another property node connected to your reference of the Panel and select update from the Panel to postpone. Set this value to true before your Listbox (and any other updated user interface) and set the value to false then.
