Migration Adobe ID to Cloud creative and Business Catalyst

I bought the CC monthly subscription refers to the same Adobe ID that I used previously with the trial of Adobe Muse and BC. Now, CC applications work well with this Adobe ID, but I can't create my 5 sites included, it seems that BC continues to work as a trial.  How can I have my ID Adobe is working with BC?

    No, if you have a subscription according to the type of subscription, you will have to pay each month or year until that you cancel.

  • Application desktop cloud creative and together then Adobe does not

    It 1st of I was using creative cloud and the Adobe Suite on my iMac fine. Today creative cloud is not loading - I see a white screen on the drop approx.

    When I go to open Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, I can't - I get the message

    "Adobe Application manager is needed to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Application Manager adobe.com/go/application manager "."

    So I followed the link, then tells me:

    "If you're creative Member Cloud [I am] and have been invited to download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager, click on the following URL and download the latest Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.

    I can't reinstall creative cloud without uninstalling my version (which, according to my account, is the latest version, I think)

    I can't uninstall creative cloud this without uninstalling all Adobe products - I get this message

    "Unable to désinstaller the creative cloud to desktop. You still Cloud Creative applications installed on your computer in need"

    I can't uninstall all Adobe products I get this message again when I try:

    I decided to try and install the Application Manager, even if I'm on a subscription to Adobe to see if that can help, but got this error message:

    "We met the following problems.

    Setup could not initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem"

    I then follow the link provided to get Adobe Support Advisor and then informs me:

    The Adobe Support Advisor tool has been used to analyze system installation information and newspapers related to installation errors. The tool has been replaced with supports improved facility. Visit the Adobe Support section for around Installation knowledge base articles.

    Creative cloud works fine on my MacBook (same account).

    I have three questions:

    (a) what is happening and what I need to do?

    (b) all made this experience / what did you do to fix?

    (c) why this random happen? It is incredibly annoying, as is the case for no apparent reason.

  • Dreamweaver, several Adobe accounts and Business Catalyst

    I asked this question before on another thread of DW forum but, for now, no response.

    As this problem became a real problem for me, I would like to than DW and Adobe BC to lean engineering teams on this.


    Here's the scenario.

    My Adobe personal account has been updated since many years of individual applications in Creative Suite and is now used for my creative cloud subscription.

    When I became a partner Adobe BC, I decided because it would be for commercial use only I should create a second Adobe account.

    At no time during the partner registration process Adobe BC did I read all of the instructions from Adobe advises me not to.

    With Adobe Muse, in the preferences panel, I can happily switches and publish sites to two my staff or business accounts Adobe. BC

    However, this is not possible in DW.

    The Business Catalyst Panel always connects to my personal account of Adobe BC - that is provided as part of my creative cloud subscription.

    I need to be able to publish sites to my Adobe BC partner account.


    In summary, I pay for Adobe Dreamweaver, as part of my creative cloud subscription, but can't really use it to develop websites for clients.

    Can someone from Adobe please look at this and tell me how to solve.

    Okay, so today I managed to solve the problem I described above, i.e. to develop websites using Adobe Dreamweaver and my personal ID Adobe CC, but publish websites on Adobe Business Catalyst that requires my Adobe ID company.

    Here are some tips if you have encountered a similar problem.

    Basically ignore sign Business Catalyst of Dreamweaver.

    In Dreamweaver to open the panels to manage the Site, select the site you want to publish to Adobe Business Catalyst, then click the button change site select currently.

    In the dialog box of configuration of the Site, in the list on the left, click servers, and then below the list of servers in the middle of the dialog box, click the button Add a new server.

    In the base dialog box, name your server if you want, for example I've named mine Adobe BC.

    Then, I changed my connect to help: to FTP SFTP.

    Change the SFTP address to: yourwebsitename.businesscatalyst.com

    Authentication: User name will be: yourwebsitename.businesscatalyst.com/ [email protected]

    Password: YourAdobeBCLoginPassword

    If any of the above information has been entered correctly, when you press the TEST button, Dreamweaver needs to connect to AdobeBC successfully.

    Use the files Panel to connect to BC and was able, Get Adobe or synchronize files as required.

    By the foregoing, I am now able to develop, update and manage corporate sites Adobe BC using Dreamweaver, happy days!

    I have a site I created in Adobe Muse that I am trying to publish on Business Catalyst but the process constantly freezes at the level of the mark of 46% and refuses to continue. Y at - it any reason this is the case or how I can get around this? A similar thing happens when I try to export to HTML as well.

  • Muse and Business Catalyst not synchronize and I don't know how to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    Is there a formatting issue that I don't see? It seems to me that once it downloads on BC, things are converted and will not be converted. It is vital that I can make changes to both the browser and the master file without interruption of the site as a whole and without having to redo work hours which is done via the browser in the editor.

    I spoke with business catalyst support and we have determined that the problem was not with the software but with the process. I just change each page through the site manager and not through the edit tab that was causing my whole question. I appreciate all your help!
