  • Mini Bridge for InDesign CC is not available

I recently installed InDesign CC and bridge CC (64-bit). I would like to use the mini Bridge, but it does not appear in the menu windows even when the bridge is running. By clicking the bridge icon in the upper part opens the desktop version of the bridge. Shift-click does the same. Anyone else having this problem?

Disappointment, hopefully they fix this soon. Mini-Bridge is crucial.

I am up to date on all the versions of the applications and I am running on a Mac.

I am able to use the full version of the bridge for navigation.

There is nothing to fix. You have answered a very old question. In the meantime minijonction is no any days and so ther won't be no workaround solution to revive. Adobe has removed all menu components based on the Flash minijonction was one of them.

  • How can I access mini Bridge to the new InDesign update?

    Hello

I've just updated InDesign to 2105.4 but can't seem to find the mini bridge.  If it has been deleted?

In my view, that it has been deleted.

  • I put 240 photos in an InDesign document using mini bridge.  Is there a way to hide the photos I used after I have put in my document?

I put 240 photos in an InDesign document using mini bridge.  Is there a way to hide the photos I used after I have put in my document?

I think Willi, and I even read your question differently. I thought you wanted to hide the images in Mini Bridge once they have been placed in InDesign so that you could keep track of those who you have (if you put twice the same image). If you want to hide in InDesign (as Willi read the question), his suggestion is very good. Another alternative is to use the shortcut to hide (command 3 on Mac OS), after putting the images, but before you click next to deselect them.

I do not use Mini Bridge, so I can't help you there. If you want to use the full version of the bridge, you can use a Move command to move the selected items to another folder (temp), where they will not appear in your current folder. You can move after that that they all were placed. A bit of a hack, but it could work.

  • Mini bridge InDesign CS6 missing after upgrade to InDesign Version 8.1

I have discussed this same problem https://forums.adobe.com/message/5833991 after the upgrade to the previous version to version 8.0.2 of InDesign.

After the upgrade to InDesign Version 8.1, Mini Bridge is no longer in effect.  Mini Bridge does not appear in the window menu and shift-click on the bridge icon opens the full-bridge, not Mini Bridge.

The problem of the previous version 8.0.2, I could get the Mini Bridge by a reinstall of InDesign under the window Safe Mode.  Microsoft has changed somehow fashion safe and I can do is no longer reinstall mode without failure.  I tried several different ways to reinstall version 8.1, but none of them corrects this problem.  Still no Mini Bridge.

Mini Bridge work in Photoshop CS6 without problem.

I read through all the messages that seem to relate to this issue in this forum, but none of the suggested solutions for me work.

Can someone provide me with an answer?  If this is not the case, how to get help from Adobe?  I'm willing to pay for support, if necessary.

RESOLVED - I can't believe, but I actually understood it.

Frustrated by going round in circles, I decided to dig into the security options.  First of all, I opened properties of windows from the start for InDesign icon.  I noticed immediately, under the Compatibility tab that InDesign has been configured to run in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 3).  It doesn't look good, so I turned off the option to run in Compatibility Mode and handed on the way to the top of InDesign.  Low and behold, the option window. Mini Bridge displayed now!  And it worked!

Sorry to have bothered you gentlemen with this problem.  I really appreciate your help!

    Select this option.

  • Mini Bridge InDesign and the colour of the labels.

Hello everyone, I am just starting to use InDesign, it's a great experience!

I'm a photographer and I use the software for my photo book, but I have a little problem with mini Bridge, is it possible to put a tag color for photos?

This way I can recognize the image used of others. (Sorry for my bad English, I hope you understand)

    Thanks for your help.

Do a right click - go to the review mode.

Then right click on the image to add a label.

I think you can change labels and colors in the bridge itself.

  • Mini Bridge does not properly

Mini Bridge does not properly; said the bridge should run but the bridge is running and mini Bridge never load

    Hi Margot,.

Mini Bridge is created on a former technology based on Flash, which is currently not supported for future versions. Mini Bridge support will be removed in the Future of the Bridge and InDesign version.

    Thank you

  • Mini Bridge has been removed?

    Dear people of Adobe,

I'm a big fan of your programs, I use both InDesign and Photoshop since their debut.

One of the features that more, I loved in InDesign was the Mini Bridge. It was so easy to put pictures or change them. And now this feature has been removed? It's really ridiculous! Please, think again and bring it back! Attendance CC is NOT a substitute for the Mini Bridge! I am absolutely disappointed!

Yes, deleted. Consider setting up a similar workspace using Bridge:

It is bridge in the light Table workspace, sitting under my InDesign window.

  • How do you get mini Bridge?

I checked the support page and it says the following:

    • (Photoshop) Choose window > Extensions > Mini Bridge.
    • (InDesign, InCopy) Choose window > Mini Bridge.
If the Mini Bridge panel displays the message, "the bridge must be running to browse files", click the button to launch bridge.

Bond agreement, to the title of the window: without mini Bridge.  How to do it?

I think I knew my problem.

I use cc, but my bridge was cs6

I just downloaded the update in cc, but because all the world I know, everyone who can help me, use cs6 and I found a way to export my cc and import in cs6, I think I'll go back to cs6 for this knotty project.

Person doesn't know I have seems to use cc and it's so expensive!

I have problems with trying to access the Mini Bridge in Photoshop CC. I followed the instructions on the Web site that are similar to the directions in my user manual, but when I access the file tab there is no 'browse with option mini bridge. It is there when I use the Windows tab menu. What gives? Anyone know what I can do?

The 'Mini Bridge' extension has been removed in later versions of Photoshop CC (because it is an extension of flash memory, which Adobe stopped developing extensions to HTML5 much better). Believe it was CC 2014 version from. No equivalent of HTML5 has been done, sorry.

Personally, I use full-on bridge CC to cover my assets alongside Photoshop CC.
