miracast inspron 7559

Hi, any idea if my dell inspiron 7559 is miracast enabled, or how to check this?

I would like to mirror (wireless) out of my TV screen flat screen.

The system should be OK for this - you will need to check the TV owner's manual know if it supports the Miracast:

  • Miracast on the PX30T-A-14 Qosmio t

Just tried to use a display on my AIO and when MS wireless adapter trying to 'project' in the peripherals section it tells me 'Your PC can't project to another screen'.

This version of the PX30T has just the on-board Intel Graphics adapter, I was wondering if this isn't truly capable Miracast. I don't get even that far, so I assume I can't extend/duplicate the office with the on-board HDMI and it has nothing to do with Miracast really. The HDMI on seems to be HDMI only.

Anyone know if this is my limitation before I mud autour for days looking for different drivers?

    Hello

Toshiba Qosmio PX30T-A-14 t PQQ30E-02E01FEN seems to be equipped with processor Intel Intel Pentium 2020 M and this processor contains the Intel HD graphics chip.
    http://Ark.Intel.com/products/71142

As I'm not mistaken the Miracast is not supported on the PC with Intel HD Graphics 3000 or lower.

    Regarding the display change active:
Utility Support Toshiba button allows you to configure the function keys.
The Fn + F5 or Fn + F4 can be configured to change the active display device...

If the display is not displayed on the external monitor or TV you need to change the resolution.

By the way; do not mix the HDMI IN and HDMI OUT port.
The HDMI port devices (camcorder or mobile) could be connected to the HDMI IN port for display on all in one computer.

The HDMI OUT port provides audio and video to other devices (IE HDMI capable of display)

    > The tab android supports miracast and the TV has Intel widi.

I m not very well, but I think that Intel WiDi version which is part of the TV does not support the Miracast. The TV is in 2012 and the Miracast was announced in 2013

To my knowledge the Intel new Wireless Display v3.5 support Miracast.
The first versions of Intel WiDi does not support the Miracast.

    Thanks in advance...

    Hello

The hardware ID: acpi\ven_hpq & dev_6001 is for HP Wireless Driver button. And your needs of mobile phone as the key f12 on the top row of the keyboard is used to enable or disable Wireless on your laptop.

Then please install the driver of HP Wireless button and that should solve the problem.

See the link below to download and install the driver of HP Wireless buttons:

    Hello

No, you'll also need hardware, and it is not extensible to your machine. According to what are you doing, the following can help:

  • L50 - A satellite does not connect to Smart TV or Miracast

    Hello
My L50 - A used to connect to my Samsung smart TV and Miracast dongle, but now it will just be. However, my Tablet and mobile phone are able to connect to the TV even without problem, so the problem is with the laptop. Then try to connect, it signals that the connection has been established but no display is shown. Miracast disconnects while Samsung smart TV connecting just constantly... Any suggestions to fix this?
    Best regards

    Hello

I assume you are using HDMI connection, right?
Connect both devices with the HDMI cable and turn them on. Choose activate / the right port HDMI on your TV. I hope that your TV will be detected correctly so FN + F4 (I believe) allows to switch between the two devices.

While it is true that Win10 is new enough to support Miracast at the OS level, unfortunately, the WiFi hardware in your PC Win7-era is not.

Sorry, but there is no way to upgrade the hardware.

I'm a volunteer and I do not work for, or represent, HP.

  • Miracast on the Satellite L875D-S7332

    Hello

I am trying to run miracast, the computer model Satellite L875D-S7332

Adding a device I find the device and install it, but trying to connect (devices, project)
I get an error - failed to connect

I removed and replaced the miracast device, I've updated the graphics card from AMD, I've updated the wireless LAN card

And still can not connect to miracast, I connect easily to miracast with other devices (Tablet, smartphone)
network card wireless LAN realtek rtl8188ce wireless lan nic worm 2012.3.913.2013 802.11npci
the amd redeon 7520g worm 13.151.0.0 hd video card

What else can be updated through the screen extra miracast?

First of all, please make sure that your hardware will support the standard Miracast.
Miracast work, if you have good pilot + material.

The wireless network card must support Virtual Wi - Fi (NDIS 6.2 or newer) and Wi - Fi Direct (NDIS 6.3 and newer).
If the wireless network adapter does not support these standards, the Miracast is not possible.

In addition, if you use Win 8.1 you also a WDDM (Windows Display Driver Model) 1.3 installed graphics card driver that would support the functionality of Miracast.

  • OMNI 10 Miracast does not

I like really the 10 OMNI.  It exceeded my expectations.  I have a question.  I can't make the project my 3000 PTV.  The PTV is on the latest firmware and I can connect through my laptop capable of WIDI for windows 7.  After you have added the ptv3000 using a device find it, it sits on the connection for wireless display.  The Omni is as it is connected but not display via the ptv.  I have a friend who also has a 10 Omni and it connects to my ptv with all the problems.  I think that this could be linked to an update of the BIOS that was pushed the site support a few hours a few weeks.  The day after I installed it, I noticed that the Miracast did not work.  So I went back on the support site and it was gone.  I guess HP accidentally updated BIOS available and he won.  I have no way to retreat to the original BIOS since I have done a system restore to try to resolve the problem.  He wiped the BIOS backup files.  Of course I did until I figured out that I had a BIOS problem.  The BIOS I'm on now is f.0Une.  Again, the update of the BIOS is available on the support site briefly.  Can someone send me original BIOS so I can fall.  I called the support already.  Lower level support people could not help me.  They it transmitted nationally and promised a call back.  Well it was more than a week.  I have not heard from them.  I even called and they assured me again that someone will call me... waiting.  I really don't want to return this machine because it works very well, with the exception of Miracast.

Update.  My problem was quickly worked on by a representative of HP.  It turned out that the BIOS updated the question.  They sent me on a new tablet.  It works very well.  Thank you!

  • Pavillion23: Audio and video problem with device Miracast

I bought the device Miracast, Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter.

first try, he worked without a lot of pixelation, very rare lag, but its only on PC, no TV.

    then try, same result.

third attempt, the display/video guard disconnected and still no sound

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm on Windows 8.1. I have the insignia TV less than 2 years.

I tried streaming TV Online, Youtube videos shows and personal video/audio files. Same results for each one.

So it must be my PC HP, not the Internet connection / or the adapter itself?
