  You are right. It seems to be related to this problem of cable touch screen very well known on the 2 black that also blocks the touch screen sometimes. • Lenovo Miix 2 8 "File Transfer FRO another PC. Is this possible?

  So I had the Lenovo Mixx 2 8 "Windows 8.1 compressed the other day and I find there is no option USB transfer thereon. It's not eaxactly a bad thing, because the Tablet is pretty much a PC and how it works pretty well so far.

  My Question is: is it possible to transfer files via USB for Windows for Windows? I bought these OTG cables, will help them? If so, how does it work?

  N ° unlike knowledge the Android device, Windows Tablet cannot behave as a mass storage device when connected to USB. For the same reason you can't connect two PC via a USB cable directly. It is by design.

  OTG cable allows you to connect the USB client device like flash or HARD disk drive to your Tablet and the transfer of the files it. With a decent WiFi access point file of up to 10 MB/s transfer speeds are possible. This is how I generally transfer files between the PC (cable) and Miix2 (wireless).

  It is a strange behavior of windows 8, it lets you manually control the brightness but the OS still control through auto brightness adjustment...

  Unfortunately, your laptop does not support Miracast (WiDi display / wireless). It is a feature of Intel and available only in laptops with processors Intel took in charge. According to the specifications page, your laptop running an AMD processor.

  I recently purchased the Lenovo Z50 - 70 (i7, GT 840 M 4 GB, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB + 8 SSD cache)

  I use it as stationary with the battery removed. I have no intention to use it with the battery in the future. Should I have the Manager of energy for anything? Four power settings ready to use it seem to only change the volume of my fan. Only with the saver of energy-mode the volume is OK. Even in the 45 degrees Celsius, the fan accelerates quite much and varies up and down annoyingly. Can't even imagine how it would sound if I used the laptop to the games... I noticed one thing though, is that the Module Windows Installer Worker Aspire sometimes closer to 30% of the processor. Then the fan accelerates really, and starts to whistle loudly. And once I tried to transfer and convert video files to my phone and windows of copyright - thing almost killed my laptop. The fan continuously at full speed, I had to cancel the transfer.

  The Lenovo so-called system update does not work with the laptop? It basically says that my phone is not taken in charge.

  I have not seen all messages from clients on the z50 anywhere. Makes me wonder someone even at - it still? Or have watched him in all the wrong places?

• Lenovo T500 Sound card not detected

  Hey all,.

  I have problems with its lenovo card drivers because I just do a fresh install of windows 7 on my T500. The audio worked before reinstallation, and as soon as I did, the noise stopped.

  The problem seems to be that there is no audio device at all in Device Manager, there is also no question mark, other devices either.  There is also a no audio output device pop up when I mouse over the speaker at the bottom of the taskbar. I tried running driver audio windows 7 from lenovo, in a first time website, it did not work and gave one did not find a MEDIA device error, but putting all the files in a folder, he did run but there is no device in the selection box and it cost have no effect.

  I tried to update all lenovo updates and installs all updates of windows with several charges. Everything I did I did as an administrator and no matter, I'm completely unable to get some kind of audio device installed.

  Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  Try to put the default BIOS settings.

  Also, try to boot from a LiveCD of any popular linux distribution like Ubuntu, LInux etc. If you get also sound under linux, this is probably a hardware problem.

• GPS Black 10 "

  I have the model 3 G/GPS of Lenovo Miix running on Windows 8.1 but it seems that the Windows location utility does not work with gps (GNSS sensor HUAWEI) all hardware and determines the location right, founded on the basis of wifi/cell. Is this true (I found this page: http://msdn.microsoft.com/cs-cz/library/windows/apps/hh464919.aspx but it seems a little unclear to me)? How can I use GPS in offline mode then? The HUAWEI driver seems to be up-to-date and functioning, installed in November with whole OS, but according to his journal, the latest data were received in late December, although I tried to use maps offline (local Czech Smartmaps app) later as well. What are your experiences with gps offline in the dark?

  I'm always test it, but it seems that GPS started working. It just need some time (sometimes important) until it receives all the necessary data by satellite. And it only works outdoors, also worked in the front seat of a car, but not in a bus or a train...

• kernel_task runaway (from 300 to 600%) CPU with 2 external displays

  I have a MacBook Pro (retina, mid-2012), and for a year and a half, I've had episodes fighter during the kernel_task suddenly begin to consume all processor CPU (from 300 to 600%), is the response of the system so slow it is impossible to use.  I experience these episodes throughout the front 1-2 years that the machine went from Yosemite El Capitan and now Sierra.

  Normally, I use my MacBook with two external displays, both at work and at home.  At work, I have two external screens of Lenovo, and at home, I have two screens Apple (Apple Cinema Display 27-inch and 27-inch Apple Thunderbolt Display). I discovered that this kernel_task high CPU usage can only be stopped by disconnecting one of the external screens.  After unplugging an external display, the kernel_task subsides immediately to normal (< 5%).  After a few minutes, I can reconnect the 2nd external screen and proceed normally (sometimes for days, sometimes for hours, sometimes for a few minutes) until the kernel_task pulls up to 300-600% again.  The use of the high CPU kernel_task never happens unless I have two external displays connected.

  Note that since I upgraded to MacOS Sierra fugue kernel_task CPU frequency has increased considerably: of 1 kernel_task runaway every several days to a runaway almost every 10 minutes or so.   I don't have a reason this frequency has increased, but the runaway condition seems to have worsened by the fact that the photoanalysisd daemon is running like crazy on my grand (72 000) library of Photos.

  Also note that I started in recovery mode and have re-installed MacOS Sierra, and it has no effect on the runaway kernel_task.

  Any ideas on how to fix this resumption of kernel_task of all my CPU?
