  It wasn't the problem. But I did a ggogle search and found many others have had the same problem of lack of icons in the notification area, the solution was a small script that change a line in the registry, and the problem is solved. The problem has been apparently related to start several programs at the same time when the computer is turned on.

  In Lollipop, this has been changed. When you receive a text message and you use the pre-installed mail application, only the messaging icon will appear in your notification field and no floating text / scrolling as in the previous software.
