Missing MSCRV71.dll in windows 7 do not know how to install
Hi there I tried to download the file from the internet and save it but it says that it cannot do. Also, I made an order in the CMD in administrator that someone had put in a previous post, which has been ' sfc/scannow' which returns by saying ' there is a system repair pending which requires the restart ends. Restart windows, and then run sfc again '
However, no matter how many times I have it reboot always appears...
Look forward your reply :)
Jemal
Hello macimaster,
There are several reasons why you get this error.(1) you use a file from the mounted image, see KB 929840.KB Article ID: 929840 -do not use the tool File Checker system to check or repair Windows Vista if Windows Vista is in a mounted image file or a bootable WIM file(2) some updates didn't finish the installation and you are in an infinite loop.
See http://www.tipandtrick.net/2008/endless-reboot-loop-while-configuring-updates-stage-3-of-3-during-vista-sp1-installation/There are several methods and the steps in the section above on how to repair. If you can't get out of the endless loop your only option is to reinstall Windows Vista.Once you no longer have the error, you can run SFC/scannow. If you have a repair, you should not get the file MSCRV71.dll is missing. If please reply back and let us know if you still need help, or if your problem is solved.Sincerely,Marilyn

After the installation of Windows Live Essentials, I get now a Wlsetting.exe has stopped working. Sometimes I get an error message wlsettings.exe can not find UXCore.dll.
I looked in C:/Program Files/Windows Live/Shared and UXCore.dll. I also looked in the registry and it seems that the registry database seeks also to C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Shared.I tried to uninstall and reinstall but no change.I am currently running Windows Vista. I've read a lot about this anomaly and there seems to be a lot of people who have constantly pending problems. I had hoped that Microsoft would have figured this out now.I really need a fix for thisHi HotDes,The question you posted would be better suited to Windows Live Solution Center. I suggest you to send your application in the Windows Live Solution Center for better support. -

Windows XP is missing Normaliz.dll still boots and loads the shell perfectly.
I tried to run a piece of software when I noticed that it wouldn't start. He could always back "cannot locate the Normaliz.dll. Reinstall the application might solve the problem. ' So I did, more than 15 times. Nothing, so I watch system32 and enter this place. C:\WINDOWS\system32\Normaliz.dll is when it appeared
I don't know how the shell is the same load with the dll missing. In addition, yes the model is in safe mode because I will try a reinstall that. and to all these 'experts' not sfc/scannow not recognise dll IS NOT CHECK THEM and do not say to do a repair install, I already did. He still didn't. One last thing. Ive oticed when I meet Unicode, I get bad text, this is the result of the DLL is not obviously.
I don't know how it works because if the file is actually missing, usually, I see this:
Explorer.EXE - unable to locate component: this application did not start
because Normaliz.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. It is in the case Log:
Event type: Information
Event source: Application Popup
Event category: no
Event ID: 26
Description:
Application popup: Explorer.EXE - unable to locate component: this application did not start
because Normaliz.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.Checked to see if the file was really missing, right?
Because Explorer does not start, you need to use something like the Task Manager to navigate and repair your system, but you can fix it if a missing normaliz.dll is the only problem / real.
The subject still has merit, but now SkyDrive has changed to OneDrive and you can find a copy of the normaliz.dll file you need here:

This is my post (before JoseIbarra was banished to A.User) lambasting answers MS 'experts' Support Engineer and suggest their wild-goose chase ideas that it is impossible to work. I was in good form that day.
No repair install will fix it, is not on your XP installation CD and there is no way to sfc/scannow will fix it because it is what sfc/scannow does, this isn't how it works and it's not what it is for.
Only to replace the file set.

What make and model of printer you have?
It could be virus/malware related butI I think this may just be caused by the drivers of your printer,
Make sure your machine is pest free, run a MalwareBytes scan on your computer: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
If the machine comes out clean reinstall your printer drivers.

Since I installed Windows Live beta to run hotmail & messenger sometime in August, I get various error messages. They are:
(1) Wlsstartup.exe GetHeight@CRImage@BEHXZ not found.
(2) Uxcore.dll. not found
This causes me problems with Facebook games.
How can I fix?
Windows updates send me "service pack 1", that does not solve the problem.
Since Firefox works my better games on Facebook, I installed. She needed Windows Presentation Foundation, which has been
taken out of SERVICE. I turned it back on. But, I think that the Windows Live Beta still causes me to be unable to do the things in games, I have to do to play/win them.
Please help, thanks.
The links I tried to use on your website had expired to do this, so I'm asking here. Thank you Dee Penn

When you try to install Microsoft Pinball Arcade in Windows 7 Home, I try to run setup.exe and the message that is missing a dll. Help, please. Thank you.
This file is missing?
Since it is an old game, it is possible that it will simply not work.
Try to use the compatibility options to run the installation - the game is designed for Windows 98, but try different options and if that does not work:
