  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  Yesterday, I bought and downloaded the Upgrade Version of Lightroom 6 (order number AD018505688).  To complete the installation of the upgrade, I need the serial number for my Lightroom 5.  Unfortunately, I was able to locate only the installation but DVD no box with the serial number on this subject.  Proof of purchase, B & H Photo, for my 5 Lightroom is attached.  Please advise me on how I can proceed with the activation of my Lightroom 6 upgrade.  I think that my proof of purchase must be sufficient to provide you with directions on how to complete the installation of my Lightroom upgrade of version 6.  I'm sure you've had other customers with similar problems.   Please try to download the installer for Adobe CS 5 Design Standard again from here: Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products

  Compare the size of the file downloaded with the display on the Web page.

  After you download the .7z file, you must first extract and then run installation, if you go directly launch the setup that it will not be installed.

  You can use any Extractor/unzip program to extract the 7z file.

  Before installing gently, make the following changes:

  1-go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall - turn off (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)

  2-go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change that to ANYWHERE (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)

  These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your product is running *.

  Windows machine:

  1 - CUT any installed security software with firewall system.

  2. also to disable any browser protection or blocking your browser modules.

What's worse, I can't reinstall my Office 2010 (which was installed on a disk survivor after upgarding to W7 so no longer works) because the Setup program is unable to remove the existing version of Office 2010.   First of all, you need get the product keys for Windows 7 Ultimate and Office 2010. They must have been sent by email you somewhere (with a bit of luck you have deleted emails).

  Then you should download Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit .iso and the correct version of Office 2010 that should be in my wiki Microsoft Downloads:

  It is a very common problem. To fix this, first try to start your Mac in safe mode by following these steps-> safe mode try if your Mac does not commissioning - Apple Support

  Then, restart your Mac as usual and try to download the Windows support software again.

  I have four Macs in my house and three of them upgrade 10.11.2 without problem. My Mac Mini, however, does not download the update in the App Store. I tried to restart the App Store that allows about 100 MB to download at once, but then it stops eventually. AARRGGH!

  If you download the full installer on one of your other Mac, you can copy one Mac to another. The full installer is usually available in the purchased component and download to the folder Apps like install OS X El Capitan.

  Start with CMD + r or the Option/alt key to boot from the recovery partition & use utility disk from there to repair the disk, and then repair permissions.
