  My passport and formerly connected mixture won't work together more, nor on my home PC and my work PC.

  Work PC runs win8.1, win7 home.

  PC mix version is 1.2.0.50, if I run freshly downloaded installer, it says that it is up-to-date.

  Hi, I got a Z10 10.3.1.x race, he was running mix very well for a few weeks, until recently, when I download an app called Remote AIO. It is an application that allows you to remote control of your PC from a phone, which is obviously the opposite of what the mix is, which allows you to control your phone from a PC remotely. After running it for awhile, I found that mixture can no longer find my phone. I tried the WiFi and USB. I also tried to reinstall mixture on the PC.   I used to have a Z10 and mix installed on my MacBook Air and it worked very well. Since then, I got rid of the Z10 and acquired a Z30. I also had uninstlled blend in the meantime. When I reinstalled and put in place linking the Z30, it still lists my Z10, according to me, not my current phone at all and it says "currently unavailable". I installed BlackBerry link too on the Mac and he had no difficulty. How can I "unlink" the former device or do mix them to recognize the Z30? I installed Blend on my Tablet Windows 8.1 without problem. Any ideas?

  Hi, thanks for the response. I tried to re - install the software and it does the same thing. Always say "currently unavailable" with BlackBerry - 9 to 14 as the unit, but I think it's the Z10 I had before May. I am connected to the correct BBID. And I installed it on my Windows Tablet and he finds the Z30 without problem. I can't even the possibility to update or to try to find a new device on the Mac. BB link works fine on Mac. I am at a loss here.

  I use the mixture on two Macs (the one with the Mountain Lion, the other with the Mavericks).  I have the same problem with two computers - they will not connect to my passport for Blackberry, unlocked on AT & T.

  I can't yet make the connection via the USB port.  I can ping the phone via the USB cable, pull the phone web page through a browser, and IPV6 is enabled on the Mac. The message I get is: ' you must activate BlackBerry mixes QuickSettings in the menu on your device. " If the application does not appear, it may be blocked by a COMPUTER policy.

  What could I do to make this work?

  It turned out that the version of the mixture on the Passport did not.  I improved the application on the phone and everything started working.

  Whenever the mixture connects to my passport, a notification is generated.

  I understand that this is a security notification, but we should be able to deactivate somehow, because the LED flashing whenever mixture reconnects becomes boring.

  The LED will be trigger based on your current profile, so if it has the possibility of active LED activated, connection to the mixture will cause the notification to appear and the LED flashes. To stop the flashing LED, you can use the profile of all alerts Off, or change your current profile and turn off the LED feature followed by activating LED notifications based contact & application.

  That being the case I spent your comments along our product for review team see if we can add a notification setting specific to mix with the notifications screen, so you can control the LED to mixture only.

• Mixture of blackBerry software does not

  So far, I have been successfully using mixture. Today, I am unable to use it as the hub shows that there is no message today and it seems as if it s trying to load.

  On further investigation I can go in my e-mail accounts and that they are responsible, but it's SMS you are not. So it's as if she is unable to find text messages and it hld throughout the system upward.

  I tried it on two PCs and is that the same thing then I guess that the problem is with the phone. I can find a way to reinstall the mixture on the phone and am stuck now! Have rebooted several times without success.

  IF the phone is connected via USB, AND IPv6 is enabled in the phone on the phone to his active WiFi connection to the same network as the computer, THEN BlackBerry mixture won't work.

  Set up two "one saved Networks with and the other with active IPv6, use the one with IPv6 disabled when you want to use the BlackBerry mixture connected with USB and the other when wanting to access websites IPv6." (more complicated to connect to the router)

  or:

  Disable the WiFi BLackBerry when you want to use BlackBerry mixture with USB. (the additional steps each time to a mixture of BlackBerry and WiFi)

  or:

  Hang the phone up to another wireless computer. (many people do not have this as an option)

  or:

  Go totally wireless when you use BlackBerry mixture. (No link BlackBerry...)

  or:

  Something else?

  I'm trying to update the mixture.

  A newer version uploaded, arrive to install the stage and then I get a message saying - cant install until the next request is closed - mix BlackBerry.  Then cancel!

  I have no BB open, - how to get around this please.

  @Jeloise I had held off answer because I don't know and I expected someone more qualified to answer. However, I had to chime now to say that the mix works. Yes, BlackBerry will not develop it more support, but you can still download the software, install it and it works.

  So now that I've posted, here are some thoughts...

  When you run the program installation, is there any of you see to force applications to close? Don't forget and look if the dialogue might be hidden behind another open window.

  How about you, open the Task Manager and search for applications it and closing them there before running the installation program?

  Can you run the mixture and installed software link now? If so, is either one configured to run at Windows startup? If Yes, what about turning off, reboot and re-run the installation program?

  How about you, removing the BlackBerry Desktop Software before you run the installer? If you have tried, what with an uninstall utility? Or if you have not yet removed, you'd probably better to use an uninstall utility this time.

  In conclusion, if you want to have a job entirely BlackBerry link, you must have the following components:

  -BlackBerryLink.msi

  -BlackBerryDeviceManager.msi

  -BlackBerryCommunicationManager.msi

  Each of them is the regular installation in the following directory:

  -Cache C:\ProgramData\Package

  Last week I bought my Q10 (from Orange/Romania) and downloaded Blackberry Link (for Mac OS)

  I installed and used with my phone just fine.

  Yesterday, I had some problems with my phone and reinstall the OS. After that, she refused to connect to Link of BB somehow.

  After several attempts to get it working, I uninstalled Blackberry link and remove the software in order to download again.

  There was an investigation into intermittent problems with the software download link from BlackBerry.com BlackBerry which took place yesterday.

  This problem has been reported as being solved by our internal teams and should now be available for download again. If you still receive the error message that it is not available in your country, please try to reload BlackBerry.com in your browser by pressing Command + Shift + R on Mac, or CTRL + F5 on Windows. You can also try clear all the cache of your browser, and then restart the application.

  With Outlook 2013 (64 bit in any case) Blackberry supports more synchronization with link (apparently and other posts).

  I'll buy a passport, if the synchrnoization was incorporated with mixture but not otherwise.

  I'm ONLY interested in Contacts and calendar.  I'm a consultant independent and my clients communicate appointments for meetings with Outlook on my PC. I have to be able to synchrnize those with my Smartphone.  I am told, but I have not confirmed that it is possible with a Windows phone.

  @John_Clark is correct, that mixture of BlackBerry allows you to view the data stored on the device using your computer or tablet. It does not support synchronization of data contacts and calendar data. For syncornize these data, you will need to use BlackBerry link for Windows that supports Outlook 2013 64 bit (source).

  If you run into issues the first thing I would recommend to ensure that you use the most up to the BlackBerry link version.
