  Hello world!

  I'm new to the fourms here and I have some difficulties in writing a VI that allows me to calculate a moving average of a waveform continuously sampled (table 1).

  Here's my situation: I am trying to write a VI that duplicates the MEANS of Tektronix o-range mode.  For example, I can run the scope in sample mode, then tell him on average 4 scans and it displays an average waveform.  I think that it works by using a moving average of summons for the first three scans, then when it gets to the fourth, it transforms average exponential for the fourth.  So I think she repeats, but I'm not sure.  Here is a Web of Tektronix page: http://www.tek.com/support/faqs/how-does-scope-calculate-average-when-you-are-ave-mode

  I use 11.2.0.3.0 version of oracle. We intend to move some ~ 40 tables/indexes again encrypted tablespace for transparent encryption of data (transparent data encryption). Currently three tables have the size ~ 30 GB and have a ~ 800 GB other have < 2 GB in size.  And tables/indexes are placed in different areas of storage.

  So my question is, if I should create no. areas table encrypted as it was before as tablespace unencrypted

  or

  I should create an encrypted tablespace that invade all tables/indexes and it does not affect the performance? Need Suggestion.

  A tablespace or forty tablespaces? You may want to tablespaces with a size different uniform measure if your objects have very different sizes and growth rates. Otherwise I wouldn't think that he would have no effect on performance. It is purely a matter of administrative convenience.

  I am able to add a column to a table through SQL Workshop Object Explorer. The column is added at the end of the table.

  You can't change order of column in the tables. New columns always comes last. And it's not Apex, the Oracle database operation.

  If you rearrange the columns, change the name of the table.
  Create the new table with the old order of columns name and correct.
  Insert the new renamed table table data and then drop a renamed table.

• How to make the Mobile friendly tables or convert

  Hi again! I have an obvious problem with that I think has a very obvious solution that I already know, but I thought I'd come here first in the hopes that I could save time. I've been remodeling an older site to have a newer look and be mobile friendly as well. Some of the pages on this site use tables, I prefer to use the divs because they are easier to change the layout if necessary for phone or tablet. As it is, there are a lot of pages using complex tables, those who have been on the site before I even and resumed the work on this site. So my question... Is it possible to make friendly mobile tables? If not, is there a way to convert rapidly about 150 pages of html to use divs instead of tables outside to manually enter in each page and gradually replace each part of the table?

  martin75, the default value for ALTER TABLE x SHOT is to move the tablespace for tablespace even.  You don't need the tablespace parameter.  Just make sure you have enough free space

  There is no guarantee that when you perform the ALTER TABLE x MOVE the resulting table will be smaller.  First of all, you should estimate how big the table must be compared to the amount of space it uses.  If the difference is not important you are just wasting time.  Do not forget that, after execution of ALTER TABLE x MOVE all indexes on the table require a reconstruction to be usable.  If you have free space problems, rebuild the indexes in place can be a problem if the drop/re-recreate can generally be used to work around this problem.

  Also if the table has a large pctfree setting but most all lines have been updated in their maximum size by moving the table can translate effectively by the table taking over space.  In this case you should probably set the pctfree low say 5% on the move and then change back to what it was once the move is completed.

• Blocks the execution of the user Image Acquisition interface

  I am currently trying to create a user interface that displays images from a camera attached to a microscope with a mobile table.  The user is able to interact with the images and can click on them, which causes the table to move to a new location.  Acquisition is made by calling a DLL, the DLL grey flycapture point camera, using a call library function node.

  When I acquire images at 15 frames per second, it has no problem with user input.  However, when I drop the acquisition at 2 frames / second (necessary if you need to have the exposure time), labview seems to take a break from the user interface while the image acquisition is underway.  Interaction of the UI seems possible in the holes between the image acquisitions.

  I'm sure that this is happening because there is a kind of blocking going on here.  The program is waiting for the new image to be returned and will not not something else happen while he waits.  I have image acquisition running in a separate, called function from a higher level, VI, which puts the image data in a global variable (I know I know... global variables).  When I need to display the image, I read of the global variable and display it on my form of user interface.

  I think I need to run things in separate threads to avoid the problems that I have because I have a dependency that is the cause of blocking.  I'm looking for any suggestions on how I can the architect this.  I have thought about using a VI server to launch the acquisition of the camera and will try to implement this, but I wonder if there is another method that I'm missing here.

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  I use LabVIEW 8.6 on a Windows 7 machine indeed.  I do not use LabVIEW image acquisition module.

  It's Paul in Ministry here at National Instruments engineering applications. What Paul was referring to a call library function node configuration properties. If you right-click on the node library function call you can click on configure and you should see a window that looks like the image below.

  

  As you can see, you have the option to select run this library in the UI thread or any thread. This is important because there is only a single user interface thread. Therefore, deadlocks can occur when the code is written in parallel, but operations are both occurring in the UI thread. What results is a part of the code has to wait that the other part at the end and so the lock upwards in the user interface. The reason why the call library function node is set to run in the default UI thread is now, because only the security thread functions can be performed in any thread. So before you change this configuration it is strongly recommended that you check that the functions you call are thread-safe. You can also check which configuration, the node library function call is in the color of the node itself. If it is an orange color which means that it is set to run in the UI thread. If it is a pale yellow color, it is set to run in any thread. Let me know if you have any other questions!

  I wonder what we run in to issues and if there is something that we absolutely, definitely shouldn't we do.

  For example,.

  • @charset 'utf-8', and * and html definitions have been added to the stylesheet
  • instead to incorporate images of book of OCD in the Topic.slp, the images are coded in css.
  • additional divs have been added (for example left column, right column, wrapper, content-wrapper)
  • some divs have been removed
  • Something for which he was not an obvious use has been removed, for example wTOCNodeCloseBook, div.wTopic
  • added extra CSS to style the content of the section 'holder of the topic. for example content p, content h1, h2 content.
  • The search results page is called "Subject", although she seems to have the appropriate icon in the project configuration module.

  • No problem.
  • If this is a problem depends on what divs. Some div tags that may not have an immediate use is used by all scripts in the page layout. In any case, it will probably break the editor.
  • This is potentially a problem. All styles of tocnode, toctree, etc. are used by widgets. Remove them will remove the styling for the widgets. In this case, your mobile table of contents will not have any style, except if your designer worked around this.
  • This does not work on RoboHelp 11.0.3. and to leave. Topic content if poster in an iframe, so you can just style of the subject through the CSS.

  Don't blame the software. The first time you save a file, Dreamweaver asks you where to save it and invite you to give your document without title an appropriate name and the extension.

  Chances are that you have:

  • Not been name the files correctly first.
  • Or you were replacing existing files with new content.

  Afterwards, go to file > New > Site Template > select file Template.dwt in your Site and press the button create.  Then save it.  Repeat for other pages of the site.
