  Now I press "print" its apears to only print the modal windows!

  Finally I will 'play' with css ( @media print ) to hide unwanted areas!

  I ' ts works well... until I have disconnection and reconnection... When I take a message "rendering failed" when I click on the button
  I checked when I logout and log in again the part "u0026p_dialog_cs = xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" is changin'.  The part is that cause me the error... (I don't know what is the meaning of u0026p_dialog_cs )

  Is it possible to get this part automatically? as the & APP_ID and & APP_SESSION?

  Because the specific dialog box page is inside in another page of the dialog box, and if I put it to "Redirection of URLS with only page IDS", it will just redirect me to this page and not opening in a new model...

  You can open a modal dialog box in a modal dialog box by setting the Chained No. property:

  Chained

  Select Yes if this dialog box opens with another dialog box and should reuse the same dialog window. For example, if this dialog box is part of a multiple page dialog box assistant, and you want to reuse the window of dialogue for each step of the wizard.

  Select No if this dialog box is opened by another dialog box and smust be opened in a new window of dialogue. For example, when this dialog box is modal, and you want to open in a modal dialog window from parent.

  There is no dialogue attributes in the definition of the page, but these are covered in the documentation:

  • Configuration dialog boxes in the Page Designer attributes
  • Configuration of the attributes for the component dialog box

• Refresh the parent page while a modal window is open to the APEX 5.

  Does anyone know if there is an easy way to do this in APEX?  Here are more details:

  I have an APEX 5 page with a report that shows orders for a customer.  The user presses a button to open a popup that allows them to add commands to the State.  If we add a firm order the modal pop-up window and the report is refreshed.

  However, I also have an ' Add and add another "button that adds the command to the collection, the report is based on and then deletes fields on the modal to allow another order to be entered."

  The user can see the report in the background, but the controls are not added until they close the modal window.

  Is anyway to update the classic/pages in the background report to give the user a visual indication that an order has been added every time they press 'add and add another '?

  You can create a dynamic action with the following javascript code:

  parent. $('#id_standard_report'). Trigger ('apexrefresh');

  You must assign a static ID to your standard report. Replace "id_standard_report" in the code with your code.

  Modal window is popup when I click on the link add COMPONENTS , but it does not have any record of respective "Reservation_id and Res_line_id" I have place in link add COMPONENT report Classic.

  How can I view respective folder of reservation_id and res_line_id in table form in the modal window.

  Also check the options of the iframe for your application sholud be set to 'Allow' or ' Allow from same origin.

  Edit Application Properties-> security-> the browser-> Embed security Connectionwithsuchprocedures-> is set to 'Allow' or 'Allow same origin'

  We use Gantt chart with column of link diagrams which open in detail table in the new page - according to this line of clicked gantt.

  Each row in the gantt chart may open a different page.

  Is it possible to open the new page (when the link is clicked) in the modal window?

  You had the largest part of the correct configuration. I finished the example.

  1 / the LINK column added to the query of the series.

  2 / in the series, I specified the link attributes. The URL used is: javascript:setURLForModal('#LINK#').

  3 / the raised event was a typo in it. Correct it.

  4 / the dynamic action is triggered on the issue, not on the region. The attribute must be data-url and not data_url

  The example works now. Œuvres pretty cool and it's almost all defined by their Summit.

  I have an interactive report I need to have a column in the report as a link to call a modal window that allows to display a report containing details of the clicked column.

  I have a page created with the report to view the details. I need help with the appeal of the page and display it as a modal window.

  I tried the modal Skillbuilders plugin, but it does not work because of an error that a.colorbox is not a function, and I don't know what to do about this.

  Can someone help me?

• skillbuilders modal page: how to submit the page parent after closing modal window

  Hello.

  I use Apex 4.2.1 on mod_plsql and Oracle 11 g 3.

  I installed version 2.0 of plugin Skillbuilders Page modal.

  In may, app, page 7 presents a button.  When you click on it, page 6 is displayed as a modal popup.  Users can change this modal page form fields and then click on a "submit" button.  This, in turn, automatically closes the modal page.  Users seek then to page 'parent' (page 7).  It all works very well.

  My problem: Page 6 (modal page) contains a collection of Apex.  This collection is updated when users click the submit button.  It is this collection to be displayed with the data updated on the page "parent" (page 7).  And so, I need to automatically send page 7 when the modal page closes automatically after clicking submit on the modal page.

  I tried a dynamic action that performs an action of "submit page" whenever the user clicks on the button send in the modal page.  But because the plugin uses an iframe to display the modal page, the action of page submit real that happens in the iframe, not in the 'parent' page (page 7).  When the modal page closes automatically, users are left looking at the page of 'parent' (page 7) with the previous data (not updated).  I have to manually refresh the page (via the browser) to see the data updates to the collection.

  And then, does anyone know how to automatically return the page of 'parent' when the modal window closes automatically?

  Your dynamic action automatic closing has not been set correctly. The action is not triggered on a specific item, but rather on the 'document '. Your selection should be 'Élément DOM' and the element must be "document".

  (Note that if you use several modal pages on one page, this action triggers for each of them. You can use the 'modal page id' in the creation of the page modal DAs must be able to stand out in outreach. You can find this in the documentation, too.)

  I think you could do this with 2 different versions of the JHS group.  A configured as 'table' and set up the other as a 'form '.  Then, add a groupLink item in the table to open the form in a modal popup.  (you might even be able to link the group to itself, but then you will need to do some adaptations to prevent it to generate the default table-form link)

  I think I have the hard part covered, i.e. Add jQuery selector attirbutes, trapping events, etc. So I'm able to get the code from the dialog box when you click the desired column (in fact, ago conditional logic if only certain lines trigger the jQuery selector). It all works very well.
  
  The problem is that when the window of the modal dialog box is open, the iFrame is always empty. Here is the code (for the most part plagiarized) to the pop-up window of the modal window:

  In the beginning, I created another window of APEX with a report about this and put this link. I then, as you can see above, coded hard to google just to see if it was something on my page or my session or other. However, even if this returns an empty iFrame. It's that get made when the previous code is run:

  The strangest part is that when I look at the HTML code in the development of Chrome within the iFrame tag tools, I see a node named #document. In #document, I see pairs (empty) to:

  However, since they are all empty Chrome may just not bother to copy them to the Clipboard.

  I tried your code but had no problem, except for google.com because I can't access to my apex environment. Pages in the same application were no problem however.
  Have you checked the safety of application of attributes and if "Browser Security"--> 'Embed in executives' is set to 'Permit of same origin' or 'allow '?
  Also, if you want modal features, did you look at the Page Modal Skillbuilder plugin, which does most of the Voodoo for you?
