more information

I was told that I should be more specific about the original problem.  The game is Fallout 3.  When he tries to load I get the message "the 5360 ordinal not found in the dynamic disk library xlive.dll.  The suffix makes me think that these two problems are related.  Please tell me how to solve as soon as possible.  (if all goes well before it corrupts my computer.)
