  Go to first Pro Preferences > general and check if the "At Startup" Drop down is set to "most recent Open."

  I use swf files to show the views in 360 degrees of my products.  All swf files worked very well until version 11.1.102.55 is out.  Now just a white spot is shown where the image is supposed to be.  Here is an example: http://www.downunderweb.com/store/MI_SAD235.html

  I tried to view my site on multiple computers and browsers with the same results - nothing shows up in 11.1.102.55, but swf files work fine on older versions of flash.  I spoke with other web owners who have the same problem.  The new version of flash not backward compatible with some SWF files?
  

  Thank you, ralphk.  I don't use windows 64 bit so it wouldn't be a problem.  I recompiled now all my images with the latest version of Object2vr swf and files now display correctly in all browsers.

  You can open the Photoshop application from the menu start (win) or Applications (Mac) folder.

  I backed up my profile tried to run again without success. It wouldn't create a new profile.
  I completely uninstalled and deleted all the files associated with it. Then clean the registry. Reinstalled and now it works fine.

  I can't download previously purchased books on my iMac.  Whenever I get an error message that says that the title failed to download.  "To retry, select search downloads in the store menu."  The store then tells me that all purchases have been downloaded for this Apple ID.  Some are trying to download, but most of my purchases will not download.  When attempting to download, they will get 1 second remaining and then I get the error message.  iBooks wonder then "are you sure you want to cancel the download of the"title "?  You can re - download this book for free at any time. "There are two buttons: continue and cancel the download.  Continue that cancels the download and Cancel try to download again.  Frustrated and confused.  Any suggestions?

It allows to view, obviously Ive done something along the way but don't can't seem to retrace my steps back far enough. Clicks to memorize and display properties are all not verified so no problem there.  Can someone please help with this annoying problem. May thanks, has soon.
