• Motorola Backflip - will not send more than one text

  I try to write a message that is more than an interesting text. It will no longer send... it will send the first text then it will repeat "SMS not sent" so that many other texts that have been in my initial shipment.   Hi I have not installed anything related text. Infact I have only installed the apps were already there before resetting. Assistant Android is on everything until now lol. Its ok that I watched and apprently I can install a 3rd party sms management app that will do it for me. As long as I have a work around its ok. I just thought that there must be a setting somewhere so that it goes like this...

• Motorola BACKFLIP stuck on bootscreen.

  I'm starting to really hate this phone. I had nothing but problems with it and it turns me off the coast. First of all, I was unable to receive incoming calls and NOW it is stuck at the screen AT & T. Eh well first thing to blur on the beginning of the shoe blinks like 30 times and then he goes to the AT & T part and stays there... I think that it is started, but it is still there. SO PLEAAASE HELP!

  You can try to do a reset the keyboard, but if this does work ' t you will have to take the phone to the store for Exchange or send in for service:

  1. Power off phone.   2. Hold camera button and power on phone at the same time.   3. Release the camera button when prompted to.   4. You will see a message screen telling you to press the up or down volume button   5. Press the down volume key (ignore message 'Volume Up Key Pressed')   6. When triangle and phone screen appears   7. Press on the screen just above the back key   8. You will now see the "Motorola system recovery" menuSelect reset....

  I'm legally deaf and can't hear the phones, I use these phones PDA, SMS and e-mail.
  When I had my Blackberry and iPhone, Black-Jack, there aps or programs that you could buy that would turn the display when you receive a text email. There is a flashing light or the screen will light up and stay lit for a certain period of time.

  They have something like that for this phone? Or is their a hack that can be done to it?

  Sorry, but the decision is final on that. 2.1, that's all that exists for the Motorola charm. And you are not alone in being stuck. Poor XT people were stuck with 1.5. I don't really understand it but the way it is.

  The functionality of google on Motorola Backflip mail claims it synchronizes your contacts with you google mail contacts. None of my phone contacts are being synced GMAIL contacts. Well, my GMAIL contacts are sent to my phone.

  Synchronization of calendar and e-mail is functional entirely 2 lanes.

  OK, so the phone is not designed to SYNCHRONIZE all your sources of contact. Contacts you want in GMAIL should be created in GMAIL or on the phone. If you import contacts from other sources, they stay connected to other sources.

  If Facebook contacts will synchronize NOT in Gmail. Gmail and Facebook contacts will remain separate, but blur join them so you don't see duplicates. But Facebook contacts will not be synchronized on to Gmail. If you wan't your Outlook contacts in Gmail, you can export them to CSV and then import them into Gmail.

  The phone and MotoBlur are designed to converge the various sources of data, but not them are trained in systems of origin. Facebook will import all your contacts and find them, but a lot of people don't do that. Many want all their contacts facebook in their departmental contacts - so the Moto phones take the highway - they show you all the data and the link. If you create a new contact on the phone, you choose which (or all) database gets the new contact, but the phone will not put your Outlook in Google contacts or your Facebook contacts in labor.
