  I just upgraded to firefox 10 and now (never had this problem before) I have to manually change the default theme every time I restart the computer. It's a theme I downloaded a previous version. I guess if it was incompatible here theme would not work.

  It could be a problem with the pref.js file. It may be impossible to save your preferences. You should read the article How to fix preferences that will not save.

  Firefox 3 has been great and I liked the new features of firefox 4, but the default theme is bad or not good for my PC is Windows 7 Prof I added new themes and changed the graphics card no fixed and when I tried safe mode, it worked like charm, it's really nice so I would like to know how to make the change permanent.

  This is probably due to hardware acceleration. Safe mode disables hardware acceleration and hardware acceleration changes the appearance of fonts.

  To disable hardware acceleration, open the Options dialog box, go to the advanced Panel, then select the general tab uncheck the setting "use hardware acceleration when available.

  Nevermind that I fixed it. Theme tool has been disabled in the Task Manager. Part of the optimization process achieved by Spyware Doctor. Fair return has started up and set the look back to normal. Hope this helps someone who had the same problem as me.

  Please go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Layouts\8_0\en_US there will be a file by the name of white.cptm, rename it to what it is.

  Then, go into C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Captivate 8 (32 bit) \Gallery\Layouts\8_0\en_US and copy white.cptm and then paste it to the location above

  Make sure you that Captivate should be closed during the operation.

  In fact, I found the solution. It was a setting of Windows 10.
  Apparently, 10 Windows will change the default printer to the printer last used (in this case, the printer named as the "fax" printer).
  To fix this, I went to:

  and turned off the coast "Let Windows manage my default printer"

  This solves the problem. Coming from Windows 7 I wasn't aware of this setting.
