  When you publish your animated project of edge, go to the "published" folder and extract all the files in the following folder titled 'web' and place them (as they are) in the folder corresponding to your index.html file. Once you add running Adobe Edge code animate the animation to your index.html file should be responsible.   I just created a site of catalyst for business and I chose for my own HTML/CSS/JS site (without a template). The site is made with Adobe Edge animate and the files are already uploaded to the server.

  When I connect to the admin of the catalyst business account I can see my site works but now I would like to use the incontext Editor. When I hit the edit button I see my site, but I can't change.

  In my index.html file I insert scripts like 'ice:editable="html"' and 'ice:editable="*". But still the incontext editor doesn't work.

  As much as I know to Edge host sites work the script must be initialized. ICE but does not play nice with dynamic content and that's why he doesn't work for this particular site.

  In Adobe Muse, I started playing with the effects of roll with the Adobe Edge Animation OAM files. I can get to animate while scrolling pretty easily, but I'm wanting the animation to stop the playback and pin it on the page, then it will continue to scroll the page as usual.

• Adobe Edge animation glitching html and SVG page in the process of disappearance

  Hi all

  I'm having a problem with Adobe Edge animation that I do for a customer - I'm pretty new on board, so this may be an easy solution!

  There is a SVG named chassis (it looks like a Brown tadpole) that disappears in the middle of the animation - and glitches then the Web page by drawing a white background that spans all...

  I put the border for transparent background so I don't know why this is happening, it happens even in "Preview in browser" option.

• How to reduce the size of a file Adobe Edge animate?

  I'm trying to get the zipped file size up to 150 kb or less, and the closest I can get is 439 kb. I tried the following until now:

  • delete unnecessary files before publishing
  • toggled active .png for lower quality .jpg assets where I can
  • published using the "Host on Adobe CDN runtime files" - I read that it can reduce the size of the file of 80%

  I'm pretty new to the software, and there is certainly a chance that I do not have something good. You can view the file here if you are interested in taking a look. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate your insight!

  Yes, I did! First of all that I have lived and made sure I had my images at the smallest possible file size. Then, after the publication in the destination folder, I went in the 'images' folder and deleted the file "thumbs.db" Edge is automatically created. Makes a HUGE difference in the size of the file! Hope that works for you too!

  Because the tweets are 140-character length of plain text, you will not be able to incorporate an Animation in a tweet.  You can, however, embed a URL in a tweet, then you want to go this route.  Hope that helps!

  We have fixed an issue in the cloud, so reflow creative application must be appear to install now.  In order to ensure that the list of products is updated, quit and restart Creative Cloud: cloud creative, select the gear icon at the top right and choose Exit, then restart the Adobe Creative Cloud application.

  I don't know exactly what is your question. You can edit text files in Edge Code CC. There is not as much functionality for PHP as JS, but there are a few extensions that add more functionality for .php files.

  You can use file > project settings... to specify a local server (for example, localhost) to view the .php files in the live preview (although not all the Live Preview features work with this configuration).
