  You can't drag an entire toolbar to the bottom of the window. The Bar of the Addon is a "toolbar", drag whatever you want from the Palette to customize or a toolbar up to the bar of the Addon.

  The add-on toolbars may or may not be as customizable as the toolbars by default. Some add-on developers do a job of "quick & dirty" when they create an extension of the toolbar and do not provide the ability to move the elements of the individual toolbar of other toolbars to save space. While other developers may allow to move things to their toolbar, but their toolbar items are stuck in their own toolbar.

  where you want it. Don't forget to click inside it, not on the edge.

  In MS Reader when you open a PDF file there is a "floating" toolbar in the lower part that contains zoom, full screen and other functions/options display. It is possible to move the toolbar above and merge it with the toolbar main, but this requires intervention from the user (i.e. a manual button). I want to know if there is a way, specifically a setting that I can put it through player DC Wizard customization, registry that will allow the toolbar at the bottom to be merged with the default top.

  You only have the tabs in a side bar if you have installed an extension that provides this feature.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.

  Before v29, I used to have the toolbar of bookmarks at the bottom of the window, with a lot of addons, like Firebug, AdBlock, etc..

  While this does help not to go down the bookmarks toolbar, you can use the addon "Addon Bar (restored)" to get a customizable space downstairs.

  You can catch and move the Options bar by clicking on the left end of it.  Place it where you want and use the window > Workspace > new workspace and save wit a meaningful name.   Chose a different workspace and then, put back bring back in the standard layout
