  I'm sorry but it only moves from left to right/right to the left at the top, no way to remove the toolbar. This is a behavior of design.

  It is quite ironic that the company that filed the name windows does not the best job to design a GUI of windows desktop:

  1. If I run a browser with multiple tabs (usually 30) opened with a connection with limited bandwidth (cable modem), the browser window opens but is locked in place (it cannot be dragged by the grab bar) until all the tabs are loaded.  ~ 30-40 seconds.  What is happening with this?  Who designed the graphical interface of Windows?

  Furthermore, is not a failure to set bookmarks, multiple tabs are left open because many activities underway, that's what tabs are for.

  It is not so much the result of the design of GUI but a work function how graphical operating systems.   Events, such as the mouse messages are queued in a message loop, and there is a communication between an application program and Windows if a callback procedure.  The operating system cannot always respond instantly when an application is busy as any other treatment happens.  Open the 30 windows! on the application startup is a lot of treatment and is bogged down the loop CPU and message.   If you want an instant answer to OS any level of demand, you can look to a supercomputer rather than a PC multi-million dollar.

  Windows Vista is often (not always) forgotten my display settings for my external monitor.

  I have a Dell XPS M1530 laptop with a NVIDIA GeForce 8600 M GT graphics card.  The laptop is running Vista Home Premium SP2 with all updates applied.  I have a Samsung LCD monitor mounted on the wall above the laptop screen that I use as a second monitor (driven by the output of the laptop).

  I updated the display settings so that my second screen is located above my main monitor. My problem is that Vista often forget this parameter after the standby or hibernation, and returns the value by default display settings of 'second monitor is to the right of the primary monitor'.  This means that I often walk in the display settings to do the right thing (pardon the pun).

  I've seen other messages to try to use 'View to connect' in the settings of Windows Mobile (win - X).  However this option only supports a second monitor is located on the left or the right of the main screen - not on it.

  In my case out of sleep the primary monitor (laptop) is off (still asleep) while the second monitor is on but the resolution is that the screen of the laptop and he took the position of the main monitor.   The only time where I'm able to get audio in a timeline is when I create a new sequence by dragging a clip on the sequence button.   All other methods I try fails, no error message or anything - it does not simply any element by dragging.

  The only solution that I managed to find is to drag the video / audio on the new sequence button, creating a new sequence and subsequently be able to copy and paste in the original timeline.  Obviously not sustainable.
