  Please open "Control Panel > Default Programs > associate a type of file or Protocol with a program. Then select .pdf and change the word Adobe Acrobat program.

  Then close the window and try to open the PDF files.

• BI publisher Microsoft word has disappeared

  Hello Experts,
  I was working on BI publisher reports, I have BI publisher office installed on my system, until last night, I was working on the editing RTF files. All of a sudden the BI publisher in the word document menu disappeared and I can't log in and make all changes to the RTF files. I uninstalled and reinstalled the office editor of BI still no luck that I don't see the editor of BI on the word in the menu document, not sure that any service is where shot something.   go to ms word Home--->---> Add - Ins Word Options---> in 'manage' drop down, tap on disable items and go---> are of course all this is activated. I had the same problem and it helped me.

  Looks like the space bar is also activate the ALT key and you get the menu Alt-space.  Try another keyboard.

• My bookmark 'COMPUTER' suddenly disappeared, HELP!

  Only the "COMPUTER folder/bookmark is missing from my bookmarks bar. Every other bookmark from the toolbar is stable, as the toolbar itself. I know how to restore the Favorites, as I backup frequently. However, in the restoration, I won't lose a good number of changes, moves and respective additions of others bookmarks and their marked envelopes of a bookmark.

  This problem occurs because Windows Vista cannot update the thumbnail cache.

  To resolve this problem, reset the thumbnail cache. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. on StartCollapse this includes this image, click on all programs, accessories, click System Tools, and then click Disk Cleanup.

  2. If you are prompted, click my files only.

  3. in the files to delete list, click thumbnails.

  Are you referring to the Mail App?

  Please follow the steps mentioned below, if you are using the Mail app and see if the emails stop endangered.

  a: Open the Mail app.

  b: then click Windows Logo + C to display the charms bar

  c: Then click on settings.

  d: Then click on accounts.

  e: Then click on your customer to e-mail (such as Live, yahoo, gmail etc...)

  f: and then in the drop-down box download e-mail from select any time.

  g: Close and open the Mail application.
