I get this error about three times a day. It all started after I installed an update for Blackberry storm software. I use Windows XP sp3 on a Dell latitude D820.

MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS usually indicates a bad driver or a piece of hardware.
Try to uninstall the update for the Blackberry storm and check if the problem persists. You can do a system restore to go back to it.
