  I was working on Xcode 7 (I don't think Xcode is the link to my problem) when notification arrived. I tried to quit smoking without success, so I used the shortcut Cmd + Alt + Esc to kill the process. Meanwhile, restarted Safari, and it is now defined in English. I also saw that all other applications are now defined in English except the Finder that it still in french.
