  I discovered a recent problem where I've got, let's say, 4 attachments to an email I want to save in 'My Documents'.  I click on file, save attachments, all attachments - scroll down to "My Documents", which shows all the files, but shows not all of the individual files. Folder on the PC I have decide to save attachments, each folder say the same thing - "this folder is empty". If I try to save the attachments to the 'empty' folder, told me that the file already exists in this location. Someone has encountered this and found a cure?

  When you use file > save Attchments it simply lets save you in a folder, that folder is all that will be visible that you save to a folder

  I'm not in the right forum for an answer here, but...

  (1) open an attachment Word in 2011 to Outlook Mac (OS X Yosemite)

  (2) accidentally recorded in the same place ('save') rather than a new location ("Save as...") »)

  (3) went to the/library/caches/tempraryitems/outlooktemp suspect to find the file

  (4) the folder is empty!  There is no attachments, even if I can open all attachments in Outlook

  Are these files being saved somewhere else now?

  Where would they be if not in the usual place?

  See if you can find the file by using one of these programs. If you go Finder/display/show bar path, it will show you where it is located.

  Some messages do not conform to the standards of the Internet in the sense that they cannot be returned intact by their transmission.  The way around this is to use Message | Until the attachment, then they will be properly transmitted, since they will be attached.

• Windows Live mail problem when sending an email with picture multiple attachments (.jpg)

  Last week, I sent an email with attachments of two photo. This was not enough and I got 5 separate messages, advising me of non-delivery, but also the original message had not been saved in my "sent" folder

  Today, I sent two e-mails with multiple attachments photos and the recipient received the first email 46 times but with only the subject line, no message and no attachments. He received the second e-mail 26 times again with only the subject line (this one not included in my folder "sent" Although previous email did).

  The recipient today is different from the one I sent last week.

  All other messages recently, including those with no photographic attachments seem to have been given normally and are displayed in my "sent" folder Some recipients responded to these so I know they arrived OK.

  Any ideas on what is causing the problem and how to solve this problem?

  Right click on the name of the account above the Inbox. Properties | Advanced and uncheck 'Break apart messages... ". ». That will solve the multiple copies with no photo.

  Are you referring to Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com?

  You receive an error message when you try to sebd attachments?

  When the photos are displayed in OE they are displayed full size...
  There is no way to constrain the size in pixel dimensions to fit
  the window of the OE. You can use the scroll bars to see the entire
  picture, but it's far from ideal.

  Best bet would be to copy attachments in a folder on
  your hard drive and view them with images of Windows and
  Fax Viewer.

  Just open the message that contains the attachment and
  Reach... File / save attachments. Choose a backup file and
  on the left, click on the "Save" button.

  Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community. Before you start the troubleshooting steps a few quick questions:

  1. are you unable to print any email or a particular message?

  2 are you able to print from other office applications and also from application windows such as WordPad, Notepad or Internet Explorer?

  3. what happens when you try to print? You receive error message nay?

  4. print preview appears fine?

  Change the printer and then try to print and check:

  Click on the file<>Print< under="">name ofthe printer change the OneNote or XPS document writer printer and check if it prints correctly.

  Note: If you are able to print from OneNote or XPS, then contact the manufacturer of your printer to update printer drivers.

  You can change the default program that gets used to correct this problem.

  First, save the attachment to a location like your desktop (it will just be temporary).  Then, right-click on the file and choose "Open with", then "choose default program".  In this list, you can collect you Photos app (or photo viewer based on the desktop if you prefer not to use the apps full screen tablet) and it will use who instead of Word in the future.

  You must change each attached after the first file:
