Multiple signatures

How to set up Salesforce and Echosign for a sequence of signature?

If possible, I expect to see something about the model/recipient agreement.

All I can see is a recipient index field but I hope it's just for the display order, not a signature sequence? (it is not editable in any case unless I have replace the custom pages)

On the model just add the number of required recipients. On the model of the order is indicated by the index, but the index can not be changed. If you get the wrong initial order on the model you must change the recipient entiore to pass their turn.

However when the model agreement is used, it is possible to update the order before sending them on the fly.

    Should I work on an application with a partner, we share the same signature keys? Or if two keys can be associated with an application?

    I asked this before @BlackBerryDev and it was the answer I received: "every developer should have their own keys. "Memoirs App World should ideally use a separate key only for this purpose ^ RS.

    But...

    1. How can I manage multiple signature keys on my dev environment? If I have my own personal touches, but want to use separate to sign the application for presentation, how can I do?

    2. If my partner never test code on a simulator (with a token of debugging) without a signature key, should they even just get a key?

    You can activate the keys as needed. Just make backups of these two keys (window-> Preferences-> BlackBerry-> signature click backup key), and you can switch them in restoring the desired key. In addition, make two developer certificates and switch if necessary by clicking on the Select Certificate button. Keep in mind, when you select wanted key, you must delete any form of chips listed to debug another developer, because sometimes the IDE get confused and sign app with info from another token of developer debugging if it exists.

  • Create a Multiple Signature and Date fields with a custom toolbar button

    First of all, thank you in advance!  I'm a newbie script and I trudged my way through with very little experience with the scripts of any kind.  I'm good at taking and other scripts and them forming into something I need, but I can't seem to find something to do what I want.

    Use Adobe Acrobat X, I am trying to create a button in toolbar that I can press to create several signature fields and date with predetermined places.

    Here is the script that I have which strives to create a unique signature box, but I can't seem to understand the exact syntax to have this same button create several fields.  In total, it's 9 signature fields and 9 date fields must be created.  If you can give me just one example of what the button would look like with several scripts?  I'm assuming that I put multiple variables, then in ownership cExec toolbar button that I could just scream all these variables?

    var sigswm = "addField ('sigSWM', 'signature', '0', [108, 198, 494.64, 72])"

    app.addToolButton ({cName: "dotbutton", cExec: sigswm, cLabel: "place Signature and Date blocks",});

    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

    This is what works for me:

    function addSignatureAndDateFields (doc) {}

    Add a signature field and a date field

    var swmsig = doc.addField ('sigSWM', 'signature', '0', [108, 198, 494.64, 72]);

    swmsig.setAction ("MouseDown", "getField(\"dateSWM\").value = util.printd (\"mm/dd/yyyy\ ', Date() ");" ') new;

    doc.addField ('dateSWM', 'text', '0', [162, 72, 234, 54]);

    }

    app.addToolButton({)

    cName: "dotbutton."

    cExec: "addSignatureAndDateFields (this)."

    cEnable: ' event.rc = app.doc; "

  • Brochure printing, printing of multiple signatures

    Hi all!

    I use Acrobat 9 and MP198 printer to print a manual of the game. The manual is about 13 MB in size, with 45 pages.  I would like to print the manual in format brochure on legal size paper, but instead of multiple sheets by signature, I would print 1 single sheet (4 pages) by signature so that I can just paste instead of the usual couture.

    1. is it possible to print more than one signature at a time?  For example, to print pages 1-4, 5-8, 9-12.  My experience with this is that it prints pages 1-12, resulting in a signature of 3 sheets instead of 3 leaf signatures.  Now, I have to specify 4 pages per print job so that each sheet singature is printed separately from the rest.

    2. looking at my queue of print screen, I noticed that each signature is 160-220 MB in size, for only 4 pages.  Accordingly, I have to wait for each signature to finish before printing the following or the printer and the PC slows to a crawl.  No idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

    My computer is an old Athlon clocked at 1.8 GHz with 512 MB DDR RAM, if that helps anything.

    Thank you!

  • Make a form for multiple signatures on mobile devices (various)

    Hi all

    I r a noob, who might as well get out of the way.

    I created forms for my clients in Adobe Acrobat DC 2015, for the life of me I can't have a direct answer from the Adobe customer on this service and it's really important for me and my small business.

    I want the form to be signed by several persons of a device, for example a Tablet (could be android or iPad) or even a smart phone story so that people can add their name to a workparty and sign their participation in until having been there.

    I can add two types of signature fields, I have added the form fields and can digitally sign on a laptop, but on a mobile device cannot operate as the brochure says he can.  As with a "signature of scribble" signature live cycle?  IE scribble my signature on a mobile device when I click or press the signature field.

    Please, any help tips, links to the threads or other info, I can learn to do this walk-throughts appreciated.

    I tried to ask Adobe and we tried the self-help.  I don't want any third party software to get the result.

    Thank you very much

    Hi nzrogue,

    If there is more than one signature fields then this will work, just make sure you uncheck "lock after signing" while signing the document.

    However if it is a simple PDF has no signature field, and then adding that several signature is not possible.

    Kind regards

    Nicos

  • Why can't save a form under the same filename with multiple signatures

    I have a form requires it several signature but after the first signature is placed and the form is saved (the document of locking is not enabled) when the form is opened again and the next signature is added now cannot save under the same name form. Why?

    What exactly is the error message?

    It is possible that you are in a folder that is restricted by Adobe or the form is opened by another application as a "Preview" of your file manager mode.

  • How to use my default format for my signature settings also

    Hi all

    Please explain how can I use my settings to default format for my signature, too.

    For Ex:

    I use times police with 12'. I want to use the same settings of my signature so police.

    Kind regards
    Siva.

    You can include html code in the Signature text formatting. An option is to learn the desired code and enter it by hand.

    However, I would suggest you start a new message and compose your signature as if you were writing an e-mail message, but save it as an HTML file. In the account settings, you can refer to this file to provide your signature.

    If you need multiple signatures, I suggest that you look at the Signature Switch addon that allows you to select a signature file when sending.

    A useful feature of Signature Switch is that it allows you to include variants of html text and the pain of your signature. In general, there is also rude to answer a message composed in plain text with a response using HTML. Your correspondent has indicated implicitly that he prefers plain text.

  • Signatures in iMail

    Is it possible to choose among the different signatures for the same to iMail email address? If so, how? I created 2 signatures under preferences, however, when I compose a message, it automatically entered a signature. I would choose the one to use depends on the buyer.

    Open Mail preferences, and then choose the Signatures. Select an account and add a new signature or drag one from the signature list on the account you want. You can create multiple signatures. At the signature by default there too at the bottom of each account.

    You can enable the signatures with the selection box in a new Message window.

  • How can you add two signatures

    The DC version does not give me that option, but the older version of Acrobat has allowed me to have two different signatures to be applied to the documents I missed something?

    Hi jeanines364,

    If you use the Digital Signature option, then it is possible to have multiple signatures in a PDF document when you have several signs in fields.

    Or if you want to use the functionality available in filling signature & sign app you can simply add a signature and apply it to the PDF format. After that, delete the stored signature and add a new one.

    Thank you

  • Electronic signature PDF file increases the size of the file about 3 MB

    We use our Smart badge certificates to sign electronically PDF documents.  This action adds recently ~ 3 MB for each file for each signature.  It is a recent phenomenon.  It didn't last month.  When you do that, you might have multiple signatures on a PDF of 1 page and the overall size of the file was very small, like the size of 200-300kb.  What could have been changed and the suggestions on how reset it?

    In fact, I found a possible solution:

    Edit / Preferences / Signatures

    1. Design & appearance: uncheck "include signature's revocation status.
    2. Audit: Uncheck "Require the revocation of the certificate to succeed..." »

    See the screenshots below:

    Note, this is Adobe XI and uses certificates from a SmartBadge.  It seems that fairly constant file size (not dramatically increasing the size of the file).,.

  • Several fields of signature page

    I try to get multiple signature fields on multiple pages, and when I connect one... all of them are signed exactly the same thing, so I don't have to go to each page and select my signature, I work with documents that are large, it takes a long time to sign every page. I can't have the same name signature fields, and I can not copy or reproduce the fields in other pages. I use Acrobat X

    Ok. Since you just need to have the appearance of a signature, and since he does not need to work with the drive, you can configure a single icon button, double it to pages, it must be on, and use the following in the mouse event to the top JavaScript code:

    // Mouse Up script for button
    event.target.buttonImportIcon();

    This approach the user with a dialog box to browse file, which allows them to select an image, a PDF page, etc. to use as source for the icon of the button. You just create signatures for the user to select images.

    You can optionally set the key read-only if you want to avoid changes.

  • Combine several Digital Signatures in a single Document

    I have a document that I send to several people at the same time. I need these people to sign this document at the same time. Once they sign the document, it is sent to me. Makes me to have multiple copies of the same document, but with different signatures. I need to then consolidate these multiple documents into a single document with all the signatures. I tried to make it circulate and then merge the document, but it does not work. Can someone please?

    Hello

    Acrobat does not support parallel signature where several people can sign a single document at the same time. A document can only be signed sequentially where a person sign and then sends it to the next person to sign.  If you have a single document requiring multiple signatures and you need all the signatures on one page, so you have to work with a single copy. However, working with several copies of the document that you are doing now, you could consolidate each copy signed in a portfolio. If for example you have 10 signatures need your file portfolio eventually containing 10 copies signed individually of the same PDF file.

    The key is that you cannot merge files signed into a single pdf.

    I hope this helps.

  • Cannot insert pages in a PDF file after having signed with a digital signature in adobe 9

    Is there no workaround solution that allows me to insert additional pages in a SIGNED pdf file?

    Background:

    Author of a form create a form that needs multiple signatures and attached pages and converted to PDF format for the signature. Person 1 sign and sends it to the person 2. Person 2 must include additional documents and insert pages before signing.

    In the new version, I noticed that it changes the security documents that may prevent the insertion after logging it. How can I disable this?

    Hi Bob,

    You don't like the answer, but it cannot be disabled. In previous versions, when you added a page it invalidates the signature. Starting with Acrobat 9, once the PDF file is signed is no longer changes the content of the core PDF. The change was made to protect the integrity of the signature. You can still add comments, but (without being too geeky) comments are not part of the core PDF as pages are, they live in a separate level. In addition, you can always add data form, but as the comments, what you type into a form is no field not part of the core PDF.

    The main thing is, we made the change to protect the integrity of the signture, and signature protects the integrity of the document. Thus, changes made to the document are no longer allowed in signed files.
