  From what I see, you should be, able to scroll and change of name it does not

• Help! Muse 2014.3 crashes when I try to record my .muse file

  I have the latest version of Muse [2014.3] since the update, that the application crashes repeatedly at the slightest "provocation."

  I'm building a site of several Web pages for a client and brought the last house file [I'd worked on at my desk]. One or two of the necessary image files updated, I did. When I tried to save the updated file I got [and get] a fatal error.

  Reads the error message: "Dangling Ref or the property: BoxPageItem means unknown UID, BoxPageItem means unknown UID, BoxPageItem refers to unknown UID '.

  Then, the application crashes and I have to force quit. This is the case on several occasions and the dialogue says nothing about how to fix those errors [3 error image perhaps, given that the current crashes happen after update images?]. I am in a serious time crunch now, hHow can I recover my file to continue working on this project and what is the cause of the problem? Someone help me?

  This version of Muse is really as unstable?

  Hi Fabia,

  I think that I fixed it over the weekend. But, interestingly, my problem was too much the images inside the compositions.

  I did something similar to you, where I'm not Muse to date when the file opens, [which caused the crash of the]. Instead, I find the images in the active panel, open in Photoshop and re-recorded the. Then I imported and saved after each of them. It seemed to work.

  For me, "container" has apparently been OK, I had the background fill together against zero anyway, so motivated that there could be a problem with one of the seven images [seven in my case, but which, or maybe all?]. Since then, I was able to add content and save normally and this morning, I was able to allow the customer to see the progress of the site, as promised.

• Muse 2014.3 - why Adobe remain silent?

  It turns out that I am one of many people complain about Muse, 2014.3 was last updated.

  It is slow, full of bugs, update Active invariably the application breaks down, and even simple things like change the titles of the pages in outline view are in 10-15 seconds per change, is ridiculous.

  Why Adobe respond to none of these complaints on the forum?    You not realize we pay for a product that we can barely use and makes our lives almost impossible job?

  One of them may have double capacity for 32 bit and 64. You should not be able to install Muse 2014 64-bit on a 32-bit computer.

• Why did Adobe Muse 2014 returning to the trial version?

  I loaded Muse this morning and he told me that there was an update, so I downloaded Adobe Muse 2014. When I try to load it, it goes in trial mode.   I installed the recent update for all programs Adobe CC but Muse does not open. I tried to uninstall and reinstall all my adobe programs. They work all except Muse 2014. I double click to open it and it doesn't do anything. Can someone please.

  If you continue to be unable to launch Muse and no error dialog box appears, please rename the following two folders:

  %AppData%\COM.Adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.0

  %AppData%\Adobe\Adobe muse CC

  '%AppData%' is a shortcut which when entered in the upper part of a window of the file Explorer will go straight into the hidden folder AppData Roaming to your account on the computer.

  If you are able to launch after you rename these files, please send us the files renamed to [email protected] and a link to this topic for the context.

  If you are unable to launch the Muse and an error dialog box is displayed, please provide a screenshot of the error in an answer here on the forum.

  If after it is renamed these folders you still cannot launch and no errors are displayed, please report it that here and we will provide you with additional instructions. Thank you.

  Hi, in my creative cloud account appears that Muse is updated (latest shipping version).

  When I open Muse on my desk, pops up a window asking to update of Muse, I press "update" and Muse do not open at all, even the previous version.

  Muse CC Adobe and Adobe CC 2014 are two different applications.

  If the creative application cloud presents Adobe Muse CC 2014 to be up-to-date, you will need to find the CC 2014 Muse version on your machine.

  Please check the following location and run the application file:

  Win-> C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Muse CC 2014

  Mac-> Applications\Adobe Muse CC 2014

  The banner to announce Muse 2014 displayed on my PC, so I clicked on "Install now", which seems to happen correctly but Muse open 7 / ran even thought Muse 2014 seemed "install/update.

  When I run Muse, Muse 7 runs.

  When the banner to announce that muse 2014 shows on my screen, if I select "install later" then Muse 7 tracks, if I select 'Install now' I bought the Panel creative cloud that shows the CC Muse to Muse CC 2014 (in two separate lines) as "up-to-date" but 7 Muse (Muse CC) is the one who always runs, when to start the application ever Muse CC 2014 (Muse 8).

  How can I get the new Muse (Muse CC 2014) to run?

  I just realized what is happening. On the prerequisite updates that muse used PC task bar icon 'old' to start the new/updated updated recently installed the version of Muse. This time not so much. I had to remove the old version and its icon yourself and create a new task bar icon to launch the newly installed version of Muse.

  The latest version of reactive of Muse is a mountain too high to climb.

  I want to go back to what I know - MUSE 2014.

  But when I try to download the previous version, I'm hung upward and an error message:

  Please remove Muse CC completely from your machine - use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  After that install it again thanks to the creative cloud desktop application.
