• Adobe Muse 2014 will not be open to all.

  I installed the recent update for all programs Adobe CC but Muse does not open. I tried to uninstall and reinstall all my adobe programs. They work all except Muse 2014. I double click to open it and it doesn't do anything. Can someone please.

  If you continue to be unable to launch Muse and no error dialog box appears, please rename the following two folders:

  %AppData%\COM.Adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.0

  '%AppData%' is a shortcut which when entered in the upper part of a window of the file Explorer will go straight into the hidden folder AppData Roaming to your account on the computer.

  If you are able to launch after you rename these files, please send us the files renamed to [email protected] and a link to this topic for the context.

  If you are unable to launch the Muse and an error dialog box is displayed, please provide a screenshot of the error in an answer here on the forum.

  Muse 2014 do not save the changes. Everything freezes when asked to record. Can't do a save as or the other. However, can still operate on the record... but could not be saved. Very frustrating lost work and wasting time! Any ideas would be welcome.

• vimeo Adobe muse widget will not show the pictures on phones

  I'm having a problem with a version of "telephone" of the Muse Web site. I use the last Muse of CC download, my phone is an Android, and I use the Internet stock app to see my site. Vimeo widget will not display thumbnails for ANY video I'm looking for. It will show the title, the play button and other "things", but NOT the thumbnail. The desktop version (I'm a PC), works very well, the version of the Tablet (android-type) works very well.

  I am just by dragging the widget Vimeo to the model and introduce a single video Vimeo. Nothing else.

  I hope someone can help me here, because this problem makes me mental.

  I have a website that I'm building for work and it's a decent-sized site. I use Bank Gothic Medium MT as a font because it is the police key for a particular brand that we use.

  The site I'm building will not display the correct font in design or preview mode and when I saw it doesn't work also.

  Yet when I open a new site it works perfectly fine.

  Everyone comes through this? This is the second version of the site, I built and both times it was the same problem. Know someone who might help out here?

  If I understand correctly, the fonts work on a new file, but not on an existing file, is it good?

  If this is the problem, check if you have paragraph styles applied to your site.

  paragraphs on why and how to stop the automatic driver updates.

• Windows 7 Quicken 2014 will not work.

  I've been support of Dell and Quicken support on this issue.  None of the two groups can help me.  Quicken 2014 has worked well until he suggested I update, then this error kept appearing and the program will not load a more far.  I went into properties and safety of these two files and I have already 'allow' enabled on all users.  Then, why this error is pointing in the wrong direction?  Where there are permissions?  I'm already logged in as administrator.

  My apologies for not answering sooner.  I solved the problem with the most help from Dell.  Generally, it was reinstall quicken 2014 and by disabling their update.  I don't exactly remember the solution in a rather long process step by step.

  So that's how the memory goes.  Once the problem is resolved, I spend only to get hit again the same question.  I still have complaints and I wish there was a better piece of software as Quicken.  Quicken still has a problem with communicating with my American Bank Web site.  I am now using a work around with direct contact with my Bank Web site and exporting to 2014 to Quicken.
