  I hope for more help! I saw the answer to exactly the same problem and tried all the responses. None have worked. I also tested the site in British Colombia, and it worked fine. When I upload to the FTP host, the shape is no longer present and gives me error. Help, please!

  Never mind! I thought about it. The change was in my file names. The files were actually appointed by upper and lower case letters. Muse has converted all names to lowercase. I went and changed by using FTP, and it fixed the problem.

  I am keeping this error and do not know how to fix it. I noticed that most people have the same error, and I saw a lot of people have tried to respond to this request and I tried all the suggestions, but unfortunately none of them works for me.

  Everybody keep saying that make sure that you have downloaded all the files on your hosting server, but I got this error while I'm checking the local machine. I export the files using the "Export HTML" option and I get this error message. What should I do? Help, please!

  I get this error message with IE, version 8 upwards. The message appears once you navigate to another page on the site and then return to the home page. Can anyone offer advice on how to solve it? As the cursor on the site doesn't seem to work with IE, we wonder if that's where the whole issue.

  Clear the cache of Firefox (no cookies). Preferences > advanced > cached Web Content click clean now. FWIW, loading the page just fine for me in Firefox.

  I made a site with Muse on April 2014 and now (September 2014) I got the latest version of Adobe Muse, updated the site, send to an external FTP client directly from Muse, and now my client told me that he cannot see the site of Mozilla Firefox from his PC.   I think you should contact your FTP/Web hosting provider and get more clarity on how your installation sites (they are both with the same hosting provider). You have two sites hosted on the same server - probably in two different files - that could be cause of all this confusion.

  I published BC... what I wanted to say is that I did not live.

  Export HTML was to check if the error occurred in the HTML files locally.

  It ended up being a code of the external widget that was causing the problem. With him removed the pages work fine. (I had removed what I thought of them while troubleshooting, but I forgot to a separate embedded image)
