How can I fix the entire folder? Where can I I start again with iTunes game?

  You can try calling Apple Service customer. People have reported that they were able to cancel iTunes game and get a pro-rated refund.

  You cannot synchronize in usb or wifi if you subscribe to the Apple's music. The basic principle of the AM is that your iTunes library is scanned to determine what can be matched or must be downloaded. Once completed, all the music you will be available to listen to or download on your iOS device.

  I hope that someone has had a similar problem and a solution!  I tried resetting the phone (5s, latest ios etc...) to factor settings, setting back via iCloud backup, reset connections network again, you name it!  Basically, I play all my music (which was more often downloaded from my PC at home using iTunes game, as I already had a vast collection of CDs before buying my first phone) via a wifi connection and have had zero problems (using various home wifi connections) and besides... until a week ago.  Today, only some beaches (and incredibly, they can vary from day to day...) on some albums (in general, not an entire album, either...) won't play - he simply "jump through" them.  However, I can upload them on my phone (on the same wifi connection, you mind) and they will play very well!  Obviously, however, I don't want to (can't - much too) to download all my songs to play!  Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

  Make sure that your device is updated... Sometimes new songs are not compatible with the old software.

  I have iTunes game and have all my music downloaded on my Mac and my iPhone with is my preference.  I understand that if I start a subscription to the music of Apple, my downloads will be deleted and I'll have to go through the process of downloading all my music again for both devices.  Is this true?

  1. IiTunes game has an annual subscription, while the Apple music has a monthly subscription. The two products scan your iTunes library to determine what can be mapped and what needs to be downloaded. The matching process is now the same for both.   I use iTunes game and I started iTunes (12.4.0.119) on my MBP (mid-2010) today to listen to the music (I usually use the iPhone 6). But I can't because all the songs have an exclamation mark next to them and are not on the computer. They never had because they were all in the cloud. And they are still available on iPhone and iPad (1st gen mini).

  I connected and iTunes and even checked the State of the game to iTunes subscription. Everything looks good (subscription will be automatically renewed in December 2016) but there is no menu item to check the iTunes connection game, and obviously, it is not available on the MBP, it was before.
