MWI does not work in CME/CUE

CME (3.3) joined CUE (2.1.2) access voice mail to leave/retrieve but does not have the MWI even the ephone light changes when I dial "80004001" or "80004002"

Run the command "mwi" refresh all"on the MARK, but no luck. Looks like the QUEUE may not send the number of MWI to CME since I don't see anything in debugging when MWI refreshes.

Troubleshooting Guide please or any possible cause.

the most common problems are the gateway SIP is configured incorrectly in CUE (i.e. There is not point to the CME). Alternatively, it could be the codec, it is trying to use when calling the MWI extensions.

    Try the following steps:
