  Unless you have jailbroken your iOS devices, there are no viruses that can infect them. Sounds like PayPal tries to return the ball.

  This can happen if your message contains a Word from the black list. It's that we do not know what words are on the blacklist.

  The only way to know is to answer with only a part of your answer and change the answer until you find work that triggers the spam warning.
