My account should be automatically renewed in June, but since yesterday, my account says I have a free version of CC. Why?
CC worked fine, but when I saw Photoshop CC 2015 on the applications tab, I thought I would give it a go. When I launched it said it was a trial version, I did not understand, but thought I'd have to uninstall 2014 to make it work. So that's what I did, but it still says the evaluation version. And now when I go on my Adobe account, in the plans he says I have the free Version, and it's as if I never had the subscription. I have no trace of invoices, credit card information, nothing. I'm really confused, that I can not work now because I'm redownloading PS CC 2015, and I know he'll be a trial version. I received an e-mail in may, saying that my sub will be renewed automatically without any action on my part, so I don't even know if it has something to do with my problem.
Can someone from Adobe please help?

Please use Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs cleanup tool to completely remove DC Acrobat (if you are using Windows), and then restart your system.
Then try to reinstall the application from the following links:

Adobe Acrobat DC: download Standard or Pro versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X

I am trying to add my outlook email account to the Mail app, but because it's the same email for my iCloud, for some reason, they are linked, and I discovered that I need to disconnect from iCloud, and then add the outlook account.
But when I try to disconnect from the iCloud in system preferences > accounts on the internet, it says I have to create a separate password - but when I get one it says "passwords do not match"? I tried to do different and same, nothings working: S

I thought that my problem has been resolved, however it has reappeared.
It was my intention to send a screenshot of the pop-up that appears; However it doesn't seem to be a mechanism

automatic renewal of annual aid of subscription!
Hi, we have 8 different annual subscriptions that are paid every month, they have all completed their 1st year tomorrow and will then automatically renewed.
That's fine, except that we unfortunately have to make 2 redundancies in the next month.
So my question is, do I have to cancel these 2 accounts now and sign up for a 1 month contract, or I can leave it auto renew and cancel the first month without having to pay 50% of the annual subscription.
I tried to ask this question in as many ways as I could with the liveperson Webchat but had to give up just cos told me what I had to say them!

With annual plans if you decide to cancel at least 12 of the 1st year or month 1 of the 2nd year will not charge you fees to cancel, but you will still be charged for that month as usual.
If your account is renewed for a 2nd year, July 4, you can cancel at any time until 3 August. You will still have access to the account until 4 August and will not be charged in the next monthly renewal date.

I use CC since February 2015 for school and I am well aware of the tax bump up to $30 after auto renewal for next year. I just read an email today:
Your membership will renew automatically on January 9, 2016 (PT).

Creative edition Cloud student and Professor (one year)
Renewal rate:
29.99 USD excluding tax/VAT
Is this indicating the $29.99 is for the amount of the next February? I don't mean to auto renew and I'm eager to January on the month last I use this service because I don't know what I'm doing this coming semester. I told me this automatic renewal before this date of January, especially that it was sent by email AFTER the 9th. There is no option in my account to cancel it, and I want to be turned off the option to renew my subscription.
