  Please follow the following suggestions to solve the problem.

  Method 1: Check if the Show Desktop icons is enabled or not. Follow the steps mentioned below to do the same.

  Right click on the desktop, point to view , and then click show the desktop icons.

  Method 2: This problem could be due to corrupt system files or viruses in the computer. So, you can try to test the problem in safe mode and see if that helps.

  Note that this was most likely caused by the Delicious Bookmarks 2.3.4 extension which appear in your list of system details and you should find an element (box) at the bottom of the menu delicious to restore the bookmarks menu.

• Favorites has disappeared from the Favorites bar

  Open Windows Mail > toolbar at the top, click Contacts > on an open space on the inside of the right side, RIGHT click, click Customize this folder > what type of file you want, click on the pointer to the right until you see Contacts, click on it. > OK
