  I've written before last week. I bought Adobe Photoshop elements 11 and Adobe Premiere elements 11.

  I had a trial version of Photoshop elements 11 and with the code I could access the full version.

  
  However, Premiere Elements did not open after installation. I have a trial version, so I downloaded the full program. I went through the installation process and everything seemed ok, no error message. But when I tried to open Adobe Premiere Elements after you restart the computer, it did not open at all.   I uninstalled and reinstalled the program for a couple of times over and over again, but no result. Also tried to download the free trial first, and also it does not work. I checked my Quicktime and updated to the latest version.

  close your application office cc and, if necessary, use the Task Manager to end all process of cc.

  Delete these files.

  First, close your office cc application.

  then, rename the opm.db file by:

  Navigate to the OOBE folder.

  Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  and delete the file opm.db

  Finally, launch your cc desktop application.
