  Right-click on a file, select open with, again, and select the appropriate program in the list.  Make sure that the checkbox "always use..." "is checked.

  Under your username must be a Contacts folder.   If there is a step, and then either move the new Contacts folder to where he was, or create a new folder under the user name, and then see if it works then.  So if you have a username of 'Heather' contacts should be under C:\Users\Heather\Contacts.  Try and then see if it works very well.  Otherwise, you will need to create a new user and then try to get this to work.

  Try doing a system restore. Go to the SEARCH bar and type system restore.
  Once the System Restore screen, select a restore point (it must be before the problem occurred), launch it. Check.
  You can also update the drivers of your computer (the webcam driver). If you do not know how to locate, you can use RadarSync to find out-of-date drivers.

  The problem of Marco with my computer is that when I turn it on it opens with the normal Windows Logo. As soon ast, it opens the office that all the symbols for the different functions are backwards. I tried unpluging the cable between the PC and the screen and the inside repluging. Tried a new cable from the PC to the screen successfully. tried running two cables from the PC to the screen as wth the success I can open any function, but alas it is upside down.

  I have an Ace rMonitor again when the computer opens it see the Logo Acer correctl and it work properly until desktop appears it is backwards.

  I am currently typing this request with the monitor Upside Down so I can see what I'm typing.

  I asked a number of it professionals about it, they look at me without understanding and say they do not know.

  I had no luck running the computer in safe MODE. I tried this on a number of occasions.

  However I used systems of restoration for seven days before sentencing. This seems to have fixed the problem.

  I recently downloaded some drivers using the software "Drivermax" and in doing so, I restarted my computer Dell Windows XP, whom he treated and Startup logo XP deleted monitor on me but the system is still running.   You could use the system restore and roll back to a point just before that you have installed the drivers.

  A little advice about these utilities "update Driver", ditch just them!  Basically, they cause more harm than good, and some of them are dangerous simple!  You don't need those utilities and nine times out of ten people update their drivers for no other reason that they think that the new drivers are better than work perfectly those they already have.

  When you start your pc, press the F8 key to bring up the menu in advanced mode (you will need to keep tapping F8 after your early pc and passes the BIOS and before windows xp screen screen), select the VGA Mode (if available) and press ENTER. This will start your computer in VGA Diagnostic mode, you should be able to see your screen and connect. After login, click Start-> settings-> Control Panel-> display-> settings-> Advanced-> monitor and select 60 in the drop-down list box.

  Click ok on the screen. Perform the normal restart and see if it works.

  If you don't get the option for the VGA Mode, select Safe mode and accomplish the foregoing to see if it works.
