I was originally a bridge between Ethernet and wifi connection I think (something I said should not be the problem) and I had to take off for my wifi to work and once I did that my wifi worked well there. Once I came home however, my computer connects to my wifi at home and say I have 'internet access' but does not load anything on Firefox or Internet Explorer. I have already tried to rebuild the bridge, restart my laptop and analyses of virus. I know that my Internet works so if someone could help understand me what needs to change in my settings, or whatever it is I would be very happy.

  In the list of running tasks, type "explorer" (without the quotes) and run it.

  Which starts the desktop computer?

  If not boot in safe mode and try to load a restore point from before you had the problem.

  Please let me know what OS and Acrobat version you are using.

  On Windows, try to kill all the processes associated with Acrobat from the Task Manager.

  Additionally, make sure that Windows preview pane is disabled as may be this file is open in another program.
