My computer is blinking, unable to do anything
My header bar is a thing of flashing roller kina (for lack of better wording). When it does that it will close a pull down when he flashes... won't let me open a window of game program (it minimizes the blink)... it will push my typing at the beginning on the blink. It affects everything on the blink. Someone knows what's the problem? I loaded an update and it screwed something or something goes wrong with my computer? It has been like that for about 5 days.

Hi Anas Tahseen Asar M.,
Thanks for posting the query on Microsoft Community.
I am sorry to know that you are unable to access anything on your computer due to problem-solving. ALT + F4 closes just the window/program/app which is open. Don't worry, will help you with the question.
You can try to change the resolution by following the suggestions in the link below. JosephiineN said on October 24, 2013:

Im having no access to all rights on my computer and I can't access anything. I don't have a cd, or a back up
I don't know how it happened. I use it for school. the last lab I did had nothing nto do with users or anything, so I don't know how I locked myself out
Keep pressing F8 during startup, and then start Windows in Repair Mode. When there, use system restore to set Windows to a point when it was still working.
When you're done, plan ahead a little and create, test and document an alternative admin account, same as you have a spare emergency House key.

Computer broke down, unable to restore the old days of CS6 Creative Ste test. Can I download this new?
I tried, but after running the download assistant, get the message: the application could not be installed because an application already has with this name exists at the selected location. Try to install to a different location.
It would be even possible to go back? Or is my test of 12 hours over for good?

It may not work, though... The tests are sensitive to all kinds of what they perceive as attempts of forced entry...

This morning, Toshiba Satellite C55 - starts ok. signs to ok. but the next screen blinks and the hourglass is NOT (circle thing) swirling around. Stops flashing for about 15 seconds and start again. The only thing I can do is CTRL ALT DEL any help or ideas would be welcome.
In response to my post from 08:13 today. Have tried various ways one seen on the web many points. It is a common problem caused by many things according to what I read on the web. So I took my laptop to PC World and they told me that the flashing is caused by Norton. Basically, a clash of downloads from Microsoft that was huge yesterday evening and Norton do not receive the patch of security right in place beforehand. I know the result when I pick up my laptop. If I was more computer savvy I couldn't do it myself. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:
This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:
-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.htmlFor drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have. Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
each installation.Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
necessary.Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
manually by model.Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
