My creative cloud said its update, but nothing is downloading!
I have a project to do and my creative cloud repeat its update, but it has stuck on 0% my indesign and photoshop are no where. I can't pay every month for something that's not going to work.

The creative cloud reads 'Install updates', but the progress bar is stuck at 0
I can't access all the other screens in the CC window. My apps still work, and I can work on my projects; However, I like to keep up to date and I can't. Summer in this way for about 2 months. I use a MacBook Air. Any idea on what to do? I don't think I'm the only one with this problem.
If there is no entry blocker of Adobe in the Hosts file.
Once the procedure below:
Launch the monitor application activity > utilities.
Force quit all Adobe and configure associated processes like creative cloud, CoreSync, AAMUpdater, Setup, Pdapp, install... .etc
Then restart Adobe Creative Cloud application and try again.

Make sure that all processes is selected in the menu view of activity monitor.

You can try to update via the Safeboot mode, or you can uninstall and reinstall the app once.
Start in start mode safe for Adobe on Mac OS X products
The steps to uninstall and reinstall:
1)
Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
2)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up selected."

3) click on the link below and download file Creative Cloud install and use the same to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Have creative cloud for subscription teams, but can not download software
I have a creative cloud for subscription through my school teams and tried to download photoshop and after effects by the Office of creative cloud but I still get a trial version, even if signed in. When I check my account on adobe.com, I see I have registration and I am registered on creative cloud Office but for some reason that I can't download software. My trial is now over and I always ask myself a serial number. My classmates, has obtained registration, but it worked well for them and no one seems to understand why it does not work. Can someone help me on this? did I miss something super simple and stupid? Thank you

You can connect to www.creative.adobe.com & check by clicking on the "triangle reversed"(dans le coin supérieur droit), the amount of space allocated to you, "'.
1. If it is 100 GB, please proceed to step number 3
2 If this isn't 100 GB, this indicates that you have not yet accepted the prompt send you in your mail for the team, you can acceot he, then, product launch, at the bottom of the prompt 'renew your membership', an option of "buy this software" will be there, click it, connect & membership must be activated.
3. check the host file for any input from Adobe:
Windows:
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\Host(open with Notepad)
Mac:
Finder/go/go to/etc/hosts
If you find any entry from Adobe who took & the file must be made free of charge from Adobe. Once done, now try to launch the product, it should not ask for a serial number.

Windows 7 will not download updates. Said its audit, but nothing happens.
I looked at the forum on similar problems, but the solutions don't work for me. This just started happening in may 2016.

Creative cloud shows a update is available, but the application does not open?
I'm under cloud created on a Macbook Pro with iOS 10.10 installed. The Adobe Updater is visible, indicating that I have an available update. Please quit Setup and then exit the creative application of cloud.
After that, restart the machine.

Thanks much for the reply, but I managed to fix it myself. I put windows automatic update options, left my PC for a few hours, and when I had to stop, said updates are ready to install, and after restarting it installed updates. After that I changed the update options to never check the update and check the updates manually and it works perfectly now. Obviously, after having install Windows and you want to first update should be set to automatic and stay on the line for a few hours, after the first update, you can change the options to update at your convenience, in my case manually check for updates.
